It seems as though you are speaking right to me. I started a new position and I am experiencing something quite different. When I am there, I feel a sense of urgency and sadness which is quite different than my upbeat happy and worry-free self. Yesterday and today I have been wondering about my options and exploring other avenues I may take since this position is not the right fit for me...or, as you mention... the correct "ride". After reading this post, I have decided to listen more to my body and minimize my ego since it has been attempting to control my reality. Your article has helped me remember to stay focused on what I choose to create. And I am choosing to recreate myself and offering my services to others in a different way... My body is informing me I am not the position I just began! I am also focusing on the signs =o) I found an old fortune cookie slip in the car earlier today which said "sometimes taking two small jumps is better than one big leap". Saying it describes where we should want to be, but it does not show people how to get there. I teach a class at a university (and have for 15 years) and I teach them first to take baby steps, then bigger steps and finally get them near the door.....they have to do the final work themselves : ) My experience is that people need to be ‘taught’ to do this.
