		<description>I&#039;ll share my experience with sleep on this one. I&#039;ve come to a point where I don&#039;t listen to any supposed numbers, I don&#039;t go by what other people say, I listen only to my body. When my body says sleep, I sleep. I just go with the flow without worry of clocks or time. Some nights I sleep 3 hours. Some nights I sleep 8 hours. Some nights I don&#039;t even sleep at all. I have noticed however that as I raise my vibration and energy levels, the need for sleep becomes less and less. I also understand that the concept of sleep is just a collective belief/programming in our minds. We can change the programming of needing to sleep altogether. It&#039;s just a choice that we have made to collectively experience.</description>
