The most recent exposure of the depth ad gravity of the child, same sex, incest/sexual assault and it's enduring cover-up is beyond descriptive criticism. If anyone but catholic priests were doing it, particularly w/re: it's scope, one would hope this institution would be prosecuted and shut down.It is a disgrace to our society each day this is not done. This is the same church that arbored and gave safe passage (mostly to South America) to more Nazi war criminals than any other organization following the fall of Hitler's Germany (and the list of atrocities goes on for centuries w/ this church. By doing this, you have now compartmentalized God, which is impossible since you cannot divide the infinite, except in a fictional world created by a human definition of reality. We are not gods over one another, yet because we all live in the infinite we are all included in it. When god is kept away as a seperate being with emotions and thoughts and feelings, a creature that doles out riches to some and despair to others, then god is personified, no longer omnipotent and no longer infinite. If you want peace, and you want love, then the closest place to find it is the place where you are closest to the infinite, and that is within you, within your heart. The source of life isn't you, but you share in the source of life. When it comes to your life, your reality, your peace, your love, who can be more responsible for that than you? In fact, what other man or organization of men can be trusted with your share of the infinite? In truth, none can. And finally, by treating every other share of the infinite with the love and care that you deserve to be treated, we then have the heaven we have been promised. It wont come from serving the secret machinations of any organization of men.
