It does not involve hoping for relief, waiting for a better day, or getting that circumstantial or “spiritual” fix for your suffering. It does not involve the “ideal” external outcome. Seeing truth is simpler than the mind can grasp, simply because the mind will always want to “grasp” for more than What Is. What is “What is”?
Look around. Feel the presence that is you, the presence that is looking and observing. Feel and embrace the wholeness and aliveness of this very moment. Not the things, sights, or events happening IN the moment, but THE moment, in which all things, sights or events arise. This is who you are. Pure love, pure light, pure Isness, having a beautiful, sensorial experience, right now. You are not your thoughts.
