As a result of multiple experiments that have taken place over the past few decades, many scientists all over the world have concluded that human consciousness is directly correlated with our physical material world in some way. Although not completely understood, the connection exists. One great example of this is the fact that human intention was found to be directly correlated with the autonomic nervous system in cancer patients.
The autonomic nervous system is a part of the nervous system that regulates involuntary functions in the body, which include the activity of the heart muscle, swallowing, muscles in the intestinal tract and more. It has two parts, one of them being what’s called the sympathetic nervous system, which accelerates the heart rate and the parasympathetic nervous system, which slows down the heart rate and relaxes the sphincter muscles, among other things.
It was a double blind study that, again, examined the effects of human intention on the autonomic nervous system of a human “sender” and the distant “receiver” of those intentions.
The design of the study went as follows:
“Skin conductance level was measured in each member of a couple, both of whom were asked to feel the presence of the other. While the receiving person relaxed in a distant shielded room for 30 minutes, the sending person directed intention toward the receiver during repeated 10 second epochs separated by random interepoch periods. Thirty six couples participated in 38 test sessions. In 22 couples, one in the pairing was a cancer patient. In 12 of those couples, the healthy person was trained to direct intention toward the patient and asked to practice that intention daily for three months prior to the experiment (trained group). In the other 10 couples, the pair was tested before the partner was trained (wait group). Fourteen healthy couples received no training (control group).” (1)
The study concluded that a strong motivation to heal another, and for one to be healed themselves may enhance this phenomenon. It concluded that directing intention toward a distant person is associated with the activation of that person’s autonomic nervous system, in this case, using measurements of skin conductance.
The study was conducted by multiple scientists, including Dean Radin, PhD,one of the lead researchers at the Institute of Noetic Sciences. (IONS) You can view the other authors/researchers in the sources provided.
Human Intention Can Alter Our Physical Material World In Multiple Ways
This is research that would (in our not so distant past) have once have scientists burned at the stake, but now now it’s becoming common knowledge among many. The evidence is abundant, and when we’re talking about distant healing, it’s a practice that was widely adopted in the ancient world using a variety of methods. The practice has been around for thousands of years.
“Over the past thirty years, significant scientific research has been conducted on the potential effectiveness and value of distant healing practices. The practice of distant healing is drawing increased attention as an important component of integral medicine models that blend a range of approaches to health and healing. Many leading health professionals and spiritual leaders believe distant healing practices may significantly expand the capacity to facilitate healing.” (source)

Why This Information Is So Important?
The fact that consciousness is clearly connected to our physical material world is very significant, yet this knowledge isn’t emphasized, elaborated on or studied further in much of the mainstream academic world. If you looked at the above linked article, the implications of this could be huge. This information should be taken into consideration when we are trying to change our planet, heal our bodies or help other people heal from detrimental health ailments.
It plays an important role in why our world is the way it is, and it could play an important role in helping to create change. By shifting our consciousness alone, and integrating action steps from that shift in perception we can create great ripple effects of change.
We’ve been programmed to think a certain way for so long, and that includes how we view modern medicine. Meanwhile, consciousness, healing intention and positive emotions are rarely recognized in a field that they seemingly play a very big role in. At the same time, we must understand that these are extended human capacities we all possess, they have not at all been grown or developed. Instead they have been ignored, and placed in the realm of science fiction to most. As a result of this, we have trouble believing in them because many of us can’t perform them ourselves.
These findings show the potential we all have, if only we started to teach the “how” and “why.” If our training started from a young age, I have no doubt that we would see some truly remarkable things. If ever there is a massive education reform that follows a global revolution, I’m sure these new concepts would be included in the new educational framework.
Extended human capacities are no different from muscles, they grow weak without practice and implementation. The fact that these qualities and characteristics have not been emphasized, and sometimes placed in the realm of “pseudoscience” does not help at all.
Things however, are changing, these and related topics are being studied more and more by scientists all over the world from biology to quantum physics and more. We are indeed making good progress, and thanks to studies like the one in this article, people are starting to wake up.
We're incredibly passionate about what we do because we know the world NEEDS conscious media. The world is confusing and mainstream media is often making it worse - making what we do even more important.
Producing news is costly! So we opened up a store. to help support our work and expand it while giving people something in return as.
Everything in our store so far is in line with what we believe in and all proceeds support what we do.
