They also help prevent anemia, heart problems, stomach cancer, and more. Raw Peanut Butter Cookies

Yield: 12 Cookies

Time: 5 Minutes

1 Cup Medjool Dates, pitted

1 Cup Almonds, ground

½ Cup Natural Peanut Butter

1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract


Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor and blend on high speed until all ingredients are combined. Scoop out by the spoonful, (about 1-2 tablespoons) roll into a ball in your hands, place on parchment paper and then squish down with a fork. That’s it! Enjoy
