1 of the 4 ingredients is Medjool dates. Dates have some amazing health benefits including relief from constipation, intestinal disorders, and diarrhea. They also help prevent anemia, heart problems, stomach cancer, and more. They are an excellent source of manganese, phosphorous, potassium magnesium, sulfur, and iron, and many health experts agree that eating just one date a day is a way to stay in optimal health and also protect against night blindness!

Dates are delicious on their own, but some people don’t really like them in their natural state. Fortunately, most people should love this recipe because the end result tastes like peanut butter cookies!
