Focus is a key ingredient in accomplishing tasks and yet sometimes, it’s very difficult to attain. Imagine yourself shooting an arrow at a target. The only way you’re going to get anywhere close to the target is by thinking about where you want that arrow to go. It works the same with other outcomes you’d like to achieve in life, like peace, joy, laughter, productivity, etc.
When you’re shooting an arrow at the target, your goal isn’t to try your best to overcome any perceived distractions or challenges in the surrounding environment (sun in your eyes, excess wind or noise), but to see past all of that and focus on where you want the arrow to go. If you’re too distracted by the challenges, you’re not going to hit your target.
Life is full of distractions but the key to achieving what you desire is focusing only on what you want to accomplish.

When your desire transcends everything, including your environment, perceived limitations and fears, you are en route to realizing your goals.
Just knowing how powerful you are as a creator is not enough. You need to use this power consciously. Start with something small. What would you like to accomplish today? Really think about it. See yourself completing that task. Imagine how amazing you will feel after it’s done. Make your vision as real as possible.
Then you can gradually move up in scale once you’ve established your ability to focus on and successfully complete the immediate task at hand. You can move on toward accomplishing bigger goals.

It’s a great tool that you can use to help you in this process of focusing exclusively on what you’d like to achieve without letting fear or the expectations of others get in the way (as they so often can). It’s also embedded with isochronic tones to help slow down your brainwaves into a more focused state.
