Snowden Reveals First Ever Public Disclosure Of Secret Black Budget Programs

Former intelligence contractor Edward Snowden has leaked the very first documentation that proves the existence of clandestine “black budget” operations. While many would argue the existence of black budget programs had already been established and we didn’t need any official documentation to prove it, surprisingly few people knew about these programs, so every bit of disclosure helps. The United States has had a history of harbouring secret government agencies for years. The National Security Agency (NSA), for instance, was founded in 1952, but its existence was hidden until the mid 1960s. Even more secretive is the National Reconnaissance Office, which was founded in 1960 but remained completely secret for 30 years.
We are talking about Special Access Programs (SAP). From these we have unacknowledged and waived SAPs. These programs do not exist publicly, but they do indeed exist. They are better known as “deep black programs.” A 1997 US Senate report described them as “so sensitive that they are exempt from standard reporting requirements to the Congress.”
According to the Washington Post, the “black-budget” documents reveal a staggering 52.6 billion dollars had been aside for operations in the fiscal year 2013. Although it’s great to have this type of documentation in the public domain to prove the existence of these black budget programs, the numbers seem to be off, at least according to some statements made by several prominent people within the defense sector. There is a lot of evidence to suggest that these programs are not using billions of dollars, but rather trillions of dollars, all of which are unaccounted for. Here is a statement given by Canadian former Minister of National Defence Paul Hellyer in 2008:
It is ironic that the U.S. would begin a devastating war, allegedly in search of weapons of mass destruction, when the most worrisome developments in this field are occurring in your own backyard. It is ironic that the U.S. should be fighting monstrously expensive wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, allegedly to bring democracy to those countries, when it itself can no longer claim to be called a democracy, when trillions, and I mean thousands of billions of dollars have been spent on projects about which both the Congress and the Commander in Chief have been kept deliberately in the dark. We are talking about large amounts of unaccounted-for money going into programs we know nothing about. There have been several congressional inquiries that have noted billions, and even trillions, of dollars going missing from the Federal Reserve system. On July 16, 2001, in front of the House Appropriations Committee, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld stated that “the financial systems of the department are so snarled up that we can’t account for some $2.6 trillion in transactions that exist, if that’s believable.”
We don’t really hear about black budget programs, or about people who have actually looked into them. However, the topic was discussed in 2010 by Washington Post journalists Dana Priest and William Arkin. Their investigation lasted approximately two years and concluded that America’s classified world has “become so large, so unwieldy and so secretive that no one knows how much money it costs, how many people it employs, how many programs exist within it or exactly how many agencies do the same work.”
Another person was aviation journalist Bill Sweetman. He estimated that approximately 150 Special Access Programs existed within the Pentagon that weren’t even acknowledged. These programs are unknown to even the highest members of government and the highest ranking officials in the military. Sweetman determined that most of these programs were dominated by private contractors (Lockheed Martin, Boeing, etc.) and said he had no idea how these programs were funded (1)(2).
Former President Dwight Eisenhower, who was also a 5-star General, also warned us about secrecy and the acquisition of unwarranted influence within the department of defence in his farewell speech:
In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. . (source)
He warns us about the influence of the military-industrial complex. After Eisenhower, the next and only other president to blow the whistle on secrecy beyond the government was John F. Kennedy. He also refers to the military-industrial complex in one of his most famous speeches:
The very word “secrecy” is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. . . . And there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment. . . .
We are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence–on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations.
Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed. (source)
The amount that the U.S. sets aside for sensitive operations each year cannot be disclosed to anyone outside of the intelligence community. But we are in an age where keeping sensitive information hidden is becoming increasingly difficult, and although there is an abundance of blatant information for the world to wake up to, that which is still kept under tight wraps has also become more transparent. Many phenomena previously labelled as merely “conspiracy theories” are now surfacing as true and verifiable day after day.
Could some of these black budget programs be dealing with UFOs? There is a large amount of evidence to suggest that they do, and possibly even extraterrestrials, too. Documents from the NSA prove that UFOs and extraterrestrials are of high interest to the agency (3)(4). In fact I would like to mention that there is an overwhelming amount of evidence to suggest that these black budget programs deal with matters beyond our world. Garry McKinnon has also shed light on this fact, as have thousands of previously classified documents and statements from high level government and military personnel.
The truth cannot stay hidden forever.
Worlds Within Worlds

By now, the classified world has moved far beyond the reach of the public world, and far beyond in its power and capabilities. Consider the story of a former NSA scientist who spoke with the authors. According to this individual, the NSA was operating computers during the mid-1960s with a processing clock-speed of roughly 650 megahertz(MHZ). To put that in perspective, it took 35 years for personal computers in the consumer market to reach that speed. Indeed, in 1965 there were no personal computers at all. Immediately, the near-fatal Apollo 13 mission in 1971 comes to mind, with its reliance on slide-rulers by mission specialist to guide the damaged NASA spacecraft back to Earth. When presented with this image, the NSA scientist shrugged and stated that secret computational capabilities were too important to share with NASA. So in, in computing, the National Security Agency was an amazing 35 years ahead of the rest of the world. This leads one to wonder what its computational powers are today.
Another example was the U.S. air strike against Libya in 1986. The raid employed f-111 fighter aircraft. Left out of the mission, however, was the F-117A Nighthawk, better known as the stealth fighter. It had been operational since 1983, but was still classified in 1986. In a form of logic both perverse and rational, the F-117A was so radically advanced that keeping it secret was more important than using it for this military mission.
Given the mixture of a treasure chest of government money, and private connections, the likelihood exists that six decades later there is a clandestine group that possesses:
- Technology that is vastly superior to that of the “mainstream” world.
- The ability to explore areas of our world and surroundings presently unavailable to the rest of us.
- Scientific and cosmological understandings that give them greater insights into the nature of our world
- A significant “built off the grid” infrastructure, partially underground, that affords them a high degree of secrecy and independence of action
This might well qualify them as a separate civilization – one that has broken away from our own, in effect, a breakaway civilization. Still interacting with our own, its members probably move back and forth between the official reality of what we are supposed to believe, and the other reality which encompasses new truths and challenges.

Anti-Defamation League, Facebook, Google & Youtube Appoint Themselves As Official Internet Censor

The Anti-Defamation League is joining with Facebook, Google and others to further attempt to 'curb hate speech and abuse' on the internet.

Are these companies running the risk of awakening more people to their thinly-veiled attempts to censor internet content that goes against their preferred narrative?
If you are reading this, that means that articles that speak against the activities of the Anti-Defamation League are not being automatically scrubbed from the internet.
Yet.
In a foreboding sign that the free expression of opinion on the internet is too much of a threat to the powerful elite of our society, the Anti-Defamation League is leading the charge in turning their own subjective opinions on ‘hate speech’ into the absolute rule of Internet law. As this Cnet article reports,
Facebook, Twitter, Google and Microsoft, among others, are joining with the ADL to form a Cyberhate Problem-Solving Lab, the companies and the civil rights group said Tuesday. They’ll exchange ideas and develop strategies to try to curb hate speech and abuse on the companies’ various platforms and across the internet.
“These companies have an added responsibility to do everything within their power to stop hate from flourishing on their watch,” ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt said in a statement. “We look forward to tackling this pressing challenge together.”
Wow. A Cyberhate Problem-Solving Lab. What heroes of selfless service to humanity.
Like Monika Bickert, Facebook’s head of global policy, who said in a statement that “some of the best minds in engineering will work alongside the ADL to help us rise to the occasion.” What occasion? The threat of the power that the proliferation of free speech on the internet is giving to individual human beings fighting for truth and justice.
Who Died And Made Them King?
It is disconcerting to me that we are moving into a time where a once free and neutral internet has suddenly come more and more under the control of powerful dictatorial forces. Yes, dictatorial. The ADL is marching into the internet cyberscape with the sense of entitlement to DICTATE what should and shouldn’t be said by the rest of us. Doesn’t this mimic that actions of a certain dictator from the past that the ADL would claim to have been zealously opposed to? (I won’t name names for fear of triggering some sophisticated ADL-Google-keyword-cyber-censoring mechanism).
The obvious fact is that the cabal of organizations that will be sitting down at the Cyberhate Problem-Solving Lab will likely make little mention of the impact of cyber-bullying and online hate speech on human individuals. They will be more prone to focus on how to continue hiding crimes against humanity perpetrated by the global elite since time immemorial, crimes like massive fraud, slavery, pedophilia, torture, and murder. And why would these organizations be motivated to hide these crimes? Because they are now controlled by the very global elite who are perpetrating them in the first place.
The War On Hate
The whole narrative of a group that self-identifies as having the authority ‘to curb hate speech and abuse’ on the internet is deeply flawed and even hypocritical. And employing tactics in the same mold as the failed wars on drugs, cancer, and terrorism further gives them away. These are nothing more than tactics of obfuscation of what is really going on.
Human growth is not advanced by attempts to stifle, destroy, or eradicate darkness. As I discussed in my article ‘Let’s Discard The ‘Right’ To Be Insulted By Free Speech,’ we do not evolve by stopping people from expressing any hatred or other negative emotions that are deep inside them, we evolve by allowing people to express themselves freely and becoming immune to their ‘offensive’ remarks by learning not to take them personally.
Hate speech in itself cannot demean the object of hatred, it only reveals the unhealed emotions of its source. And the more we allow these unhealed emotions a chance to be let out, the more space we create for personal and collective healing.
In that regard, attempts to actually do something positive about human hatred through censorship is at best naive, and in most cases like this one, it turns out to be a vehicle of domination for those who would wish to maintain and expand control over information and the self-expression of individuals.
The Need To Move Off These Platforms
The ADL aside, internet corporations like Facebook that continue to delve more deeply into censorship are playing a bit of a risky game. Perhaps many of them feel that they are ‘too big to fail,’ in the sense that they believe they are too essential to the lives of most people to suddenly get abandoned en masse. Perhaps, for now, that is true. But I’m not sure that they should really be messing with an Awakening Community that is growing larger by the heartbeat.

QAnon is still at it, he/she recently stated that we did indeed go to the Moon, but that the official story was not the correct one. Q also made it a point to let readers know about the "vastness" of the universe.

We don't need Q as a source, most of the topics Q brings up are already backed by evidence. One can do their own research and find multiple 'credible' sources on these topics. There are a list of examples at the end of the article.
The mainstream coverage of the fairly recent “QAnon” issue has been quite embarrassing, it showed a lack of research, a lack of knowledge, and a lack of understanding of how our world really works. A long time ago, Collective Evolution began creating awareness about the “Deep State,” or “Shadow Government,” (those two might also be separate entities) one that’s been spoken of by various people within government for decades. Theodore Roosevelt is one example I like to use, who emphasized that behind the elected government “sits an enthroned and invisible” government. He stated that the task of the real patriot would be to dismantle this secret government. This is why when words like Deep State started being mentioned in the mainstream media quite often, it caught our attention, and so did this QAnon phenomenon. The idea of a Deep State is far from a conspiracy theory, there is a ton of evidence in a number of different places to show this.
The real menace of our Republic is the invisible government, which like a giant octopus sprawls its slimy legs over our cities, states, and nation… The little coterie of powerful international bankers virtually run the United States government for their own selfish purposes. – John F. This is also seen when you really look at American politics, it’s not a democracy, it’s a corporatocracy that’s controlled by the financial elite. Representatives of this Deep State, according to several global politicians, Vladimir Putin and Bashar Al Assad being the latest, surround the president after the election and let them know all of the dirt they have on them, and what they can and cannot do…It’s not just global politicians, but many Americans and American politicians as well, as detailed about with one example being Hylan. This has also been expressed by several whistleblowers, like the NSA’s William Binney, which brings me to my next point…(if you follow the money, it’s not hard to see).
Politics is simply a tool used by the global elite, who control politicians like puppets. Most of them anyway…
Multiple insiders and people like Edward Snowden, Julian Assange, William Binney, Sibel Edmunds, Thomas Drake and more, have all been explaining for years that there is a huge divide within the US Government, within the NSA, the CIA and the FBI, and that massive amounts of fake news and propaganda are dished out from these areas. There is ‘good’ and then there is the ‘bad,’ which is composed of those who push the agenda of the financial elite, a new world order, one in which a small majority of powerful people, whom clearly control multiple governments, push and impose their ‘political’ and ‘economic’ will on other countries and use false flag terrorism as a means to achieve it. It is my opinion that the war on terrorism is a complete fraud, and a fabrication, similar to the war on drugs.
So, when it comes to QAnon saying there is a ‘Deep State,’ it’s easy for mainstream media to brand this as a conspiracy theory simply because they don’t have any understanding of it. QAnon was and is not needed at all, we can see that there is a Deep State, and we can provide examples in many ways, something which we’ve been doing for years, and many others have as well.
QAnons claims are out there, for example, accusing the global elite of being involved in a massive satanic global pedophile ring. Again, this was also branded as a “conspiracy theory” with no evidence. The funny thing is, we don’t need a QAnon to bring this up as a form of proof, there are countless examples from the Vatican, from within the military industrial complex and within several governments as well within organizations like the United Nations that could all be used as pieces of evidence…It’s enormous and hardly a debatable subject. Why didn’t mainstream media bring up the NBC news report implicating in covering up a massive pedophile ring within the state department? Anyways, I digress.
‘Conspiracy Theories’ have been confirmed in many different ways, the only ammo the mainstream media has, is simply to ridicule a topic, label it as a conspiracy theory and not even address any of the evidence that’s been brought up.
The people involved in this type of activity have risen to the top of the global power structure, occupying major positions that dictate global policy, which is why it’s so hard to bring accountability to them, especially when they can simply use their mainstream media networks to brand something a “conspiracy theory.”
It’s time to turn off your T.V. and do your own research in order to determine the credibility behind certain claims. We do not need government agencies deciding for us what is ‘fake news’ and what is not ‘fake news.’ It’s time to think for ourselves, and we are, which is why all of this stuff is slowly seeping into the mainstream consciousness….We are becoming aware.

Q recently posted about information related to the Moon landing, Roswell, and the Secret Space Program, one that Pentagon hacker Garry Mckinnon brought to light approximately a decade ago when he performed the largest military computer hack in history.
On September 19th, an anonymous user asked Q, “Are we alone? Roswell? And Q responded with, “No. Highest classification. Consider the vastness of space.”
He or she was then asked if we really went to the Moon. The user asked, “Did NASA fake the Moon landings? Have we been to the Moon since then? Are there secret space programs? Is this why the Space Force was created? ‘Q’ answered, “False, Moon landings are real. Programs exist that are outside of the public domain.”
Again, this is yet another example of where we don’t really need a ‘Q’ for us to really get to the bottom of the fact that something is going on. We have statements from high-ranking people from within governments, military, intelligence agencies, academia and more to compliment the electrooptical data, radar trackings, physical evidence etc…
The statement below from Victor Marchetti, former special assistant to the Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, doesn’t seem to hold so true anymore, at least the last part.
“We have, indeed, been contacted — perhaps even visited — by extraterrestrial beings, and the US government, in collusion with the other national powers of the Earth, is determined to keep this information from the general public.”

As far as the Moon goes, Q’s comments are interesting, because I share the same sentiment after all of my research into the topic, something I’ve been doing for more than a decade. You can see why I feel the way I do, and all of the evidence available that has me, and others like Q, thinking that way. The only difference is, perhaps Q is privy to insider knowledge, perhaps not, but that’s not the point here. The source of this information should not be put on Q, it should instead simply point to the evidence which already exists.
The Deputy Manager for the Clementine Mission to The Moon told the world that it was really a photo reconnaissance mission to investigate artificial structures that have been built on the back side of the Moon by, who knows? A study was recently published in the Journal of Scientific Exploration examining strange, what appears to be, artificial structures on the back side of the Moon.
