Animal testing is extremely heartbreaking. All beings in my opinion, are intelligent, emotional, and have the ability to feel deeply. All life on this planet is so similar in so many ways. These days, living life forms are bred for experimentation and consumption, this not only harms the being in what some would perceive as an extreme act of cruelty, but in many cases it’s harming the integrity of our planet when it comes to environmental issues and human health as well. This is why I am always very conflicted when presenting information that’s discovered through some type of ‘testing’ that’s done on another being. There are other ways scientists can conduct studies without the use of live life forms.

The last time I was conflicted about sharing this type of information was when scientists injected aluminum into animals, mimicking the childhood vaccine schedule, to see what the difference between injected and ingested aluminum was and where it ends up in the body. Theodora Capaldo is president of the New England Anti-Vivisection Society. Founded in 1895, NEAVS is a Boston-based, national animal advocacy organization dedicated to ending the use of animals in research, testing and science education. Through research, outreach, education, legislation, and policy change, NEAVS advocates for replacing animals with modern alternatives that are ethically, humanely and scientifically superior. It’s one of many organizations bringing alternatives to light. It’s a big time bioethics issue, and I just wanted to mention this before getting into the subject matter at hand.

What Happened: This may be old information to some, but I recently came across it. In 2018 a team of researchers successfully transplanted memories in snails by transferring a form of genetic information called RNA from one snail into another. The snails were trained to develop a response to a mild electric shock to their tails, after these shocks were administered the snails’ defensive withdrawal reflex – where the snails contract or curl up to protect themselves from harm – became more pronounced. Yes, again, this is extremely cruel, the thought of inflicting any type of pain or fear response in another living being is heartbreaking. But that’s just my opinion.

The snails exhibited a defensive contraction lasting about 50 seconds. The researchers extracted RNA from the nervous systems of the snails that had been shocked and injected the material into the snails that had not been shocked. RNA’s main role, from what we know (and there is a lot that we don’t know) is to serve as a messenger inside of cells, it carries protein-making instructions from DNA. When the RNA was injected into the unshocked snails, the snails also had the same type of response as shocked snails for an extended period of time after a soft touch, something they weren’t doing before. They were reacting to something that had never even happened to them. Control snails that received injections of RNA from snails that had not received shocks did not exhibit a response for as long.

The researchers also showed that Aplysia sensory neurons in Petri dishes that had been shocked were more excitable if they were exposed to RNA from the shocked snails. Exposure to RNA from snails that had never been shocked did not cause the cells to become more excitable.

The results, said Glanzman, suggest that memories may be stored within the nucleus of neurons, where RNA is synthesized and can act on DNA to turn genes on and off. He said he thoughts memory storage involved these epigenetic changes – changes in the activity of genes and not in the DNA sequences that make up those genes – that are mediated by RNA (source)

It’s also interesting to note that Michael Levin at Tufts has replicated McConnell’s experiments on headless worms under more controlled settings.

Glanzman said one of McConnell’s students, Al Jacobson, demonstrated the transfer of memories between flatworms via RNA injections, coincidentally while an assistant professor at UCLA. The work was published in Nature in 1966 but Jacobsen never received tenure, perhaps because of doubts about his findings. The experiment was, however, replicated in rats shortly afterward. (source)

Another example,

Steve Ramirez, a 24-year-old doctoral student at the time, placed the mouse in a small metal box with a black plastic floor. Instead of curiously sniffing around, though, the animal instantly froze in terror, recalling the experience of receiving a foot shock in that same box. It was a textbook fear response, and if anything, the mouse’s posture was more rigid than Ramirez had expected. Its memory of the trauma must have been quite vivid.

Which was amazing, because the memory was bogus: The mouse had never received an electric shock in that box. Rather, it was reacting to a false memory that Ramirez and his MIT colleague Xu Liu had planted in its brain. (source)

What Does This Tell Us? Can Living Organisms Transfer Memory?  Yes, we already know that living organisms can transfer memory. For example, a Nature Neuroscience study published several years ago shows mice trained to avoid a smell passed their aversion on to their children as well as their grandchildren. This study dealt with phobia and anxiety research, as the animals were trained to fear a smell similar to cherry blossom. The researchers then looked at the mice’s sperm and found that the section of DNA responsible for sensitivity to the cherry blossom scent was much more active in the sperm. As a result, the offspring were “extremely sensitive” to cherry blossom and would avoid the scent despite never having experienced it in their lives. “The experience of a parent, even before conceiving, markedly influence both structure and function in the nervous system of subsequent generations,” the report concluded.

Research has since showed that ‘memories’ and behaviours may actually be passed down 14 generations.

This is very important, and it suggests that a number of ‘memories’ can be passed down from our previous generations, including fear, anxiety, trauma, perhaps susceptibility to substances like alcohol for example, and much more. This opens up a wide plethora of discussions when it comes to human behaviour in general.

What’s more important to recognize is that what’s encoded into our DNA and into our genes also has the ability to be changed using the power of our own mind. There is a lot of evidence emerging suggesting that thoughts, feelings and emotions can change our DNA. This also corroborates with the research posted above given the fact that emotions, like fear, are used. So my question is, what happens when the organism overcomes that fear, and does not react in the same way? What happens when it makes a conscious choice to perceive events in a different manner?

Imagine what love, peace and other “positive” emotions can do. If we can code fear, anxiety and trauma into our DNA and pass them on, can an organsm change that by changing themselves within and training themselves to experience more “joyful” type of experiences and/or mind/heart state?  Scientists have shown how the feeling of gratitude, for example, can literally change the structure of the human brain.

According to the HeartMath Institute,

The power of intentional thoughts and emotions goes beyond theory at the HeartMath Institute. In a study, researchers have tested this idea and proven its veracity.

HeartMath researchers have gone so far as to show that physical aspects of DNA strands could be influenced by human intention. The article, Modulation of DNA Conformation by Heart-Focused Intention – McCraty, Atkinson, Tomasino, 2003 – describes experiments that achieved such results.

For example, an individual holding three DNA samples was directed to generate heart coherence – a beneficial state of mental, emotional and physical balance and harmony – with the aid of a HeartMath technique that utilizes heart breathing and intentional positive emotions. The individual succeeded, as instructed, to intentionally and simultaneously unwind two of the DNA samples to different extents and leave the third unchanged.

“The results provide experimental evidence to support the hypothesis that aspects of the DNA molecule can be altered through intentionality,” the article states. “The data indicate that when individuals are in a heart-focused, loving state and in a more coherent mode of physiological functioning, they have a greater ability to alter the conformation of DNA.

“Individuals capable of generating high ratios of heart coherence were able to alter DNA conformation according to their intention. … Control group participants showed low ratios of heart coherence and were unable to intentionally alter the conformation of DNA.”

As far as memory goes, perhaps they are not even completely a product of our physical make-up? Who is to say that human consciousness, for example, resides in the brain? Perhaps there is a non-physical aspect, or a place we cannot perceive with our senses where memories and experiences are stored. After all, memories themselves, despite having physical characteristics as exemplified in this study, are in a sense themself non physical things. The mind-body connection is also gaining traction,  As Garth Cook from Scientific American points out:

A growing body of scientific research suggests that our mind can play an important role in healing our body — or in staying healthy in the first place. . . There are now several lines of research suggesting that our mental perception of the world constantly informs and guides our immune system in a way that makes us better able to respond to future threats. That was a sort of ‘aha’ moment for me — where the idea of an entwined mind and body suddenly made more scientific sense than an ephemeral consciousness that’s somehow separated from our physical selves.

The mind body connection suggests that we can change our biology through belief, which suggests we can break the cycle of ‘negative’ aspects we’ve inherited through epigenetics. These types of interventions require a shift in human consciousness, a shift in perception.

When it comes to learning about the mind-body connection and its relationship to our health, it can be difficult to choose a starting place amongst the vast and growing body of research; one of the best places to start, however, is the placebo effect, which demonstrates that the mind can create physiological changes in the body. Neuroscientist Fabrizio Benedetti explains:

There isn’t just one placebo effect, but many. Placebo painkillers can trigger the release of natural pain-relieving chemicals called endorphins. Patients with Parkinson’s disease respond to placebos with a flood of dopamine. Fake oxygen, given to someone at altitude, has been shown to cut levels of neurotransmitters called prostaglandins (which dilate blood vessels, among other things, and are responsible for many of the symptoms of altitude sickness.

This goes to show that based on our thoughts alone and how we perceive our environment, we can alter our biology.

Then there is the the idea that thoughts and human intention can alter physical systems. If thoughts can alter physical systems imagine what they can do to our own biology as well as the body of another. For more information this, you can read the publication titled “Distant Healing Intention Therapies: An Overview of the Scientific Evidence.”

The Takeaway: At the end of the day, the evidence showing that our ‘memories’ can be transferred down many generations is quite strong. What seems to be left out of the mainstream conversation is the importance of our perceptions. Our environment, yes, plays a key role in shaping our biology, but we can begin to counteract the effect of our environment, especially if it is ‘negative,’ by changing our perception of that environment. We are not bound by the genetics we inherit from our ancestors, we can actively change them. If mice are trained to fear the smell of a certain substance, for example, yes their offspring also fear it but they are not doomed to that destiny. The mouse that can expand its consciousness, think, and realize that there is no reason to be afraid is the one that then changes their DNA.

The science of human consciousness, also known as non material science, is advancing quite rapidly, and it goes to show that if more of us can operate, or at least make an effort to operate from a place of peace within we can truly make the world a better place as well as transform our biology. The term “change comes from within” comes in many forms. If you look at the modern history of the human race, although there are many beautiful aspects and memories, there is also a lot of trauma. As a human collective we still have a lot of work to do on ourselves, and I believe we are currently going through that process and I believe it’s being triggered by the fact that more people are having a big change in how they perceive their environment.

We are living in a time in which the collective mind is opening and has opened itself to the possibility that “we are being visited and have been visited” (Lord Admiral Hill Norton) by beings from other worlds. This topic is no longer taboo, especially since the fact that the existence of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) or Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAPs) has been confirmed multiple times by many governments and agencies around the world, the latest example being the United States Navy and the Pentagon.

We have seen legitimate coverage on the topic from mainstream media organizations like the New York Times and CNN for example, coverage that hints to the idea that these objects do not originate on Earth or from our civilization. This type of “mainstream disclosure” has many people skeptical given the fact that so many people are having a hard time trusting these networks. For years we’ve seen a campaign within the mainstream to ridicule this topic and place it into the “conspiracy theory” bin. Therefore, it is indeed an important question to ask ourselves why they are legitimizing the topic all of a sudden after so many years of secrecy and ridicule. I propose that what we are receiving and will receive from the mainstream is simply an attempt to control the narrative on a topic that is so vast and leaves no aspect of humanity untouched. We will probably get nothing but a heavily sanitized version of the ‘truth,’ if anything and an attempt to control our perception of the phenomenon, but that’s just my opinion. Right now we don’t know what we are going to get.

Although the collective mind is opening to the reality of unknown objects performing physics defying maneuvers thanks to radar tracking data, videos, pictures and witness testimony, as well as the extraterrestrial hypothesis, when it comes to actual stories that exist within the lore of this field it still seems quite unbelievable to many, and that’s very understandable.

What Happened: One (of many) interesting recent supposed contact experiences that may currently be ongoing comes from a forest reserve in central Thailand. A hilltop (Khao Kala)  there has been attracting many people, especially those who have an interest in the UFO phenomenon due to reports of UFOs seen in the area hovering above a large Buddha statue that sits atop the hill. It’s all happening approximately three hours by road or rail north from Bangkok in Nakhon Sawan, which translates to “City of Heaven.”

Those who gather there and have been gathering claim that these objects are piloted by extraterrestrials, and that they receive telepathic messages that are quite similar to the messages and teachings that come from Buddhism. To someone who hasn’t studied the lore of extraterrestrial phenomenon this may seem funny and ridiculous, but supposed telepathic communication with extraterrestrial beings is quite commonplace among those who claim to have had such experiences. In many cases the “teachings” and messages supposedly received also seem to corroborate to many other encounters from around the globe. The corroboration among experiencers is actually quite eye-opening and vast. There are thousands of experiences that corroborate with each other in several fascinating ways.

Another common corroboration seems to be the idea that we as a human race are on the brink of destroying our planet, and in doing so we may also affect beings that live on other worlds around us. These particular beings in Thailand have warned of environmental disaster and the threat of World War 3 as well if humanity does not get its affairs in order. Some of these beings in Thailand apparently come from Pluto, they arrive in spaceships via a supposed wormhole above the statue, and the beings and craft are seen spontaneously appearing and disappearing. They are supposedly thin beings with silver looking skin.

Pluto aliens worry about something so devastating happening on Earth, such as war or in the environment, that it might impact their planet. They also want to give some people the ability to communicate with them, so if humans destroy everything in a nuclear war, the aliens will be able to help survivors rebuild human civilization. This is interesting, Dr. George King who founded the Aetherius Society after, according to him, receiving telepathic messages from an extraterrestrial. The messages given through Dr. King from the 1950’s onward corroborate with UFO activity disclosed today, in 2021, and the messages that come from these people in Thailand. You can read more about that story specifically, here.

What I find intriguing about Dr. Kings transmissions is the fact that the information he was relaying to the public in the 1950s correlates with a lot of information we now know about the phenomenon today, in 2021. For example, he stated that they were highly concerned about humanity’s use, testing and manufacturing of nuclear weapons. Fast forward today and we have a lot of information about the phenomenon which suggests this.

For example, a declassified report by the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center from June 1959 shows just how seriously the United States government wanted to detonate a nuclear weapon on the Moon for scientific measurements and such. According to Colonel Ross Dedrickson, who had a long stint with the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission, they did try this. While with the Air Force and the Atomic Energy Commision, he learned “about incidents involving nuclear weapons.”

And among these incidents were a couple of nuclear weapons sent into space that were destroyed by the extraterrestrials….At the very end of the 70s and the early 80s, we attempted to put a nuclear weapon on the moon and explode it for scientific measurements and other things, which was not acceptable to the extraterrestrials. They destroyed the weapon before it got to the moon….And that is their major concern, to preserve the integrity of the Earth, because it (also) affects their own system….The idea of an explosion in space by any Earth government was not acceptable to the extraterrestrials and that has been demonstrated over and over. – Dedrickson

It’s now a matter of public record that UFOs have been seen, many times, hovering over nuclear missile storage facilities. There have been multiple incidents. During some of these events, the missile launching capabilities were shut down. Are they sending a message?  There has always been a strong connection between UFOs and nuclear weapons facilities.

For example, Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana is one of the best examples. An event occurred there in March of 1967 at a base that was responsible for maintaining a large amount of nuclear weapons. It was a nuclear weapons launch facility. We’re talking about people who are responsible for guarding the launch of these weapons that have the capability to completely destroy our planet and all life on it.  Military witnesses, and others,  saw a red, glowing UFO hovering just outside the front gate. After that happened, all of the nuclear missiles shut down and went completely dead. Here is a clip of Captain Robert Salas, one of the men involved in the incident, giving his testimony.

It’s amazing to think that Dr. King was talking about their concerns with our nuclear weapons in the 1950s, isn’t it?

Dr. King claimed that these beings were concerned about humanity and the direction we are heading.

There are many examples to choose from. The same type of messages were given telepathically to more than 60 children at a school in Zimbabwe. Harvard psychiatrist John Mack investigated the case, all of the children who were very young at the time (1994) drew the same pictures of the beings, received the same messages and recounted the exact same experience. The messages also seemed to be a warning of where our planet was heading if we do not change our ways and were beamed into the children telepathically from the beings seen by them. Here’s another example of corroboration from a 1977 news broadcast that was supposedly taken over by an extraterrestrial. There are countless examples.

The gatherings in Thailand at this area have become quite popular, so much so to the point that in 2019 government officials disbanded multiple groups atop the hill and petitioned in court to ban mass gatherings in the area. In September of 2019, many UFO enthusiasts who gathered in the area were confronted by police and forestry officials.

As for the origins of the hill’s supposed attractiveness to extraterrestrials, believers say it all began in 1997, when retired Sergeant-Major Cherd Chunsamnaun, deep in Buddhist meditation at home, received mental messages from what he insisted were aliens. He told his family. They scoffed. “I asked my father to tell the aliens to show themselves, ” says Wassana, his daughter. “The next day, the aliens sent energy to spin my brother and brother-in-law.” She says the two men were yanked up from the living room sofa and spun simultaneously, like whirling dervishes, out of the house and into the yard.

Wassana, who quit her job as a nurse to champion the extraterrestrial, says her father continued to receive telepathic messages over the years. “Before my father died (in 2000), he taught us how to communicate with the aliens,” she adds. Today, she says more than 100 other Thais have this ability after practicing with her. (source)

What Happened: Elon Musk recently made an appearance on the Joe Rogan show and there was a brief discussion about the UFO/extraterrestrial phenomenon between the two. Collective Evolution has been covering the phenomenon, in depth from multiple angles since our inception in 2009. When it came to the topic of extraterrestrial life, Musk referenced Carl Sagan, who once said that either there are no extraterrestrials, or there are many, both possibilities are “equally terrifying.” Personally, I understand why they (the two possibilities) would be perceived as “terrifying,” but completely disagree with that perception. If there are many intelligent extraterrestrial life forms out there, including ones that have been and are visiting our planet, I don’t believe this has to be something “terrifying” at all, regardless of whether or not the phenomenon represents a threat (You can read more about the “threat” perception here). Based on what we know about the UFO phenomenon and all of the data and information that’s come out over the past several decades, perceiving the behaviour of these unknown objects as a threat, in my opinion, seems to be unwarranted.

Musk went on to ask, if there are aliens where are they? Stating (jokingly) that if they are around then they’re  quite subtle, that if they really wanted to, they could land in New York, for example at say “here, look at me I’m real.” That’s very true, Elon, but perhaps extraterrestrial groups that are visiting our planet, if they are, are not quite interested in being noticed? After all, there is sufficient evidence suggesting that governments have been desperate to capture UFO technology and that governments do indeed have these technologies in their possession, or at least “rogue” factions of the government and private industry.

Apollo 13 astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell once told the world that “Yes there have been crashed craft, and bodies recovered.” He is seen making these statements in this documentary. Eric W. Davis, a renowned astrophysicist who worked with the Pentagon UFO program stated that he gave a classified briefing to a Defense Department Agency, as recently as March 2020 about retrievals from “off-world vehicles not made on this Earth.” Christopher Mellon, a former Deputy Assistant Defense Secretary for Intelligence from 1997 to 2002 has confirmed that he was  present during this testimony. He himself has been quite outspoken about the phenomenon over the past few years.  Dr. David Clarke, an investigative journalist, reader and lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University who was also the curator for The National Archives UFO Project from 2008–2013, came across some interesting documents suggesting that the UK was desperate to capture UFO technology. Paul Hellyer, former Canadian defence minister claimed that the protocol when military jets were scrambled to intercept a UFO was to “shoot first and ask questions after.” The most viewed FBI document has to do with “downed” extraterrestrial craft. It wouldn’t be nice to come here and constantly be “shot” at. Furthermore, perhaps these beings operate at a different level of consciousness, perhaps there are reasons that we cannot even comprehend as to why as to why there haven’t been any mass landings? As far as mass sightings, these occur quite frequently. The “Phoenix Lights” are one of many great examples of that. Perhaps they do not think we are ready? Perhaps, again, they don’t have any interest being noticed by our civilization at the present time? Imagine looking down on our planet from an observer’s perspective, to be honest it may seem  quite scary.

This is a deep topic that leaves no aspect of humanity untouched and brings a plethora of questions in all subjects to the forefront. It’s a consciousness expanding phenomenon that has giant implications.

Musk then made the statement that, “To the best of my knowledge, there is no evidence for alien life on Earth…There’s no direct evidence for alien life…It’s got to be at least as good as a 7/11 or ATM cam.”

I understand this perspective, but again, the statement goes to show how undereducated Musk is about the UFO/extraterrestrial phenomenon. In the podcast he even admits to spending zero time thinking about it, so how could he know anything about it? Despite this, he stated that, “Honestly, I think I would know if there were aliens.” Again, I can understand him, it would be nice if we could just pull up a photo of an actual extraterrestrial, or point to some sort of hard evidence.

I’m not sure at all why he makes this statement, that “he would know.” Perhaps he believes he would know given his involvement within the space industry, but I don’t think that qualifies him at all in any way to be in the “know.” This topic has been covered in secrecy for a very long time. Look at Robert Bigelow, for example, an aerospace giant for decades, would he be “in the know” more so than Musk? Bigelow has openly stated that he has knowledge that extraterrestrial life is and has been visiting our planet. What makes him any different than Musk? Is it simply because Bigelow has examined and researched the topic, and Musk spends, as he says, “zero” time thinking about it?

This sentiment from Musk differs greatly from the one he gave at the “World Government Summit”a few years ago, where he said, if there are super intelligent aliens, “they’re probably already observing us.” How come back then they would be observing us without ever letting us know? Back then he stated that the human race was probably too “dumb” to realize it.

After Musk made the 7/11 ATM comment, Rogan reminded him of the video released by the Pentagon in conjunction with the To The Stars Academy (TTSa), and the United States Navy confirmation of the UFO phenomenon. Musk apparently had no idea of this event, which again goes to show just how unaware of the UFO phenomenon he is, and something he admitted to, again, having no interest in.

In the event mentioned above the Navy pilots witnessed an object descend from 60,000 feet above sea level to just over the ocean in an instant while simultaneously losing their radar and navigation systems. This has something that’s happened a number of times, and is quite evident in the declassified literature that’s now available to the public. This is something that’s happened thousands of times over a span of multiple decades. One example I like to use comes from Iran in 1976. Both of the pilots were scrambled to intercept a UFO, “

As the F-4 approached a range of 25 nautical miles it lost all instrumentation and communications. When the F-4 turned away from the object and apparently no longer a threat to it, the aircraft regained all instrumentation and communications. Another brightly lighted objects came out of the original object. The second object headed straight toward the F4.” (source)

I am quite aware that UFO does not equate to extraterrestrial, but having been in this field for more than 10 years I am quite convinced that some of these objects are indeed extraterrestrial and I believe there is good evidence to suggest that. That being said, what constitutes “evidence” seems to be different in the minds of many.

In the TTSA case mentioned above, Renowned UFO researcher, scientist, mathematician, and astrophysicist Dr. Jacques Vallée also recently made an appearance on the Joe Rogan show and stated the following.

We have to stop reacting to intrusions by UFOs as a threat, I mean that’s the whole thing behind this new task force, as much as I respect, you know, the task force, my colleagues and I want to cooperate with them to the extent that we can bring information or resources to what they do. But there is more, this is not, should not be looked at specifically as a threat…With the phenomenon that we observe if they wanted to blow up those F18s they would do it. Obviously that’s not what it’s all about, and this idea of just labelling it all as a threat because it’s unknown, that’s the wrong idea. (source)

Vallée is one of many sources I advise you to seek out if you want to actually learn more about the phenomenon. I’m glad Rogan had him on his show.

Concluding Comments: It wasn’t long ago when UFOs were considered a “conspiracy theory.” At that time there was clear evidence of their existence. When it comes to actual extraterrestrial beings, we do have countless amounts of stories, many of which corroborate with each other in quite an extraordinary way and do, in many cases, corroborate with UFO sightings.  When it comes to Elon Musk’s claims stating that there is no clear evidence, that depends on one’s definition of evidence. One thing is quite certain, “condemnation without investigation is the height of ignorance” – Quote often attributed to Albert Einstein.  Musk, admittedly knows nothing about the phenomenon, he is not a great source for information regarding to the phenomenon and for him to make such statements about it truly does come from a place of not having looked into the phenomenon.

How often do we lend “popular” people an ear and hang on every word they say. Is their ability to to decipher what is and what is and what isn’t any greater than yours or mine? Just because someone has a large following does not make them any more credible. Remember, think for yourself and do your own research. It’s great that this topic is no longer taboo, and more “mainstream” people are actually having serious discussions about it.
