Is Russia Anti-illuminati?

“It is a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma.” That memorable phrase came from the mouth of Winston Churchill, during a speech he gave to the British Parliament in 1939, when trying to describe Russian action.
Today, the characterization of Russia holds no cloud of mystery and its motives are clear. Prince Charles and Hilary Clinton have compared Russia’s President, Vladimir Putin, to Adolf Hitler. President Obama has declared Russia one of the three major threats that face the world today, along with the terrorist group ISIS and the Ebola disease. And one only has to look to NATO’s twitter page to find their animosity towards Russia. But is this hostility warranted? An obvious “yes” would be said by anyone who accepts Western media as honest, unbiased journalism when they report on Russia’s actions in Ukraine and its involvement in that crisis.

But if one were to look beyond the Western propaganda, and straight to the facts, one could reasonably conclude that Russia, in a very sticky situation, has acted prudently and sensibly. If this is the case, then why the hostility? Why the propaganda? If one believes the illuminati is real — that this cult has a long-term plan for the world, and has considerable influence over Western governments, media and military organizations for which to advance that agenda — then it’s likely that the true motive behind the condemnation of Russia is because of Russia’s independence from this group and their unwillingness to cooperate.
Ukraine Crisis
Like the majority of revolts and revolutions throughout history, the crisis in Ukraine came about due to poor economic conditions. All hell broke loose when the President at the time, Viktor Yanukovych, in a last minute decision, decided against signing a trade deal with the EU. This decision angered many of the citizens in the capital of Kiev and they took to the streets to protest. The protest quickly escalated, as protestors begin clashing with police. This uprising fed momentum to the opposition party, a right-wing nationalist party who’s minions, a neo-fascist militant group called ‘Right Sector’, were the main instigators in clashing with the police. (1)
As the uprising worsened, Yanukovych conceded to the demands of the opposition party and agreed to sign the trade agreement with the European Union. But this wasn’t enough to satisfy the Right Sector group, as they stormed the parliament building and overthrew the government, with Yanukovych fleeing to Russia. (2) There has always been tension between the Ukraine nationalists and ethnic Russians living in Ukraine. The country used to be part of Russia, under the old Soviet Union, so there are still many ethnic Russians living in Ukraine. Seeing the government toppled by extreme nationalists, the southernmost territory of the country, Crimea, began their paperwork to legally separate from Ukraine and join Russia. The large majority of people living in Crimea are ethnic Russians, who speak Russian and identify themselves as Russian. So when the government of Crimea held a referendum on whether to succeed to Russia or stay with Ukraine, the citizens of Crimea overwhelmingly voted to join Russia, with over 96% voting to do so. (3) This vote and result enraged much of the Western world, as their leaders united in opposition against Russia, accusing it of violating international law and threatening the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
The issue whether Crimea should be allowed to secede from Ukraine comes down to property rights. Who owns property and land? Is it the government or the people? Those who believe in liberty, human rights and the right to property would argue that the citizens of Crimea have the right to self-determination, and that the referendum that the Crimean government held was absolutely legal under law. The fact that there were Russian troops in Crimea was not a breach of international law, considering that years before, Ukraine and Russia had signed a treaty allowing Russian troops to be stationed in Crimea in exchange for discounted gas. (4) Also, Yanukovych, the legitimate leader of Ukraine, asked Russia for military support in protecting the citizens after the coup. (5) And with violent, neo-fascists — fashioning Nazi-like symbols on their uniforms, and having ultranationalist, anti-Russian views — now in control of the capital, how could Russia refuse to protect their brothers and sisters in Crimea?
After witnessing the success of Crimea’s referendum, territories in east Ukraine, such as Donesk and Luhansk, started discussing plans to join Russia as well. (6) But this was too much for the Ukrainian government to stomach, and so with support from the West, they launched a war against the pro-Russian separatists. Since day one, America has come out in support of the coup that occurred in Ukraine and hailed it a success for freedom. Since the beginning of the civil war with the Russian rebels, the U.S has supplied Ukraine’s military and supported its newly found government in taking decisive action against the rebels. And when the new president, Poroshenko, immediately allowed foreigners to hold positions of office, an American, Georgian and Lithuanian received positions in the Ukraine government. (7) American Natalie Jaresko, former employee of the U.S State Department and head of the Horizon Capital Investment Fund, is now the new finance minister of Ukraine. (8)
The Attack On Russia
The hypocrisy America is showing by condemning the actions of Russia has to be eroding what little credibility America has left in the world. Here is a country that has over 1000 military bases, in 130 countries and is directly involved in the internal conflicts of 74 nations. (9) America’s imperialistic foreign policy is incredibly ruthless and destructive all around the world, but as soon as Russia gets involved with a conflict occurring in its neighbouring country, America objects, and denounces Russia for violating international law. Russia hasn’t violated international law, but in a world where America is the loudest voice, it acts as both accuser and judge.
Currently, the more prominent countries that have placed sanctions on Russia are: the U.S, Canada, the Europe Union, Japan, Australia and Switzerland. These sanctions on capital and trade have hurt the Russian economy. By putting embargoes on Russia, it has blocked Russians from exporting their goods to some of their closest trading partners in Europe and the sanctions on their banks have prevented them from accessing the credit markets of the West. Due to the sanctions, the Russian rouble has steadily declined in value against the dollar, raising the cost of imports, and thus raising consumer prices.
But what turned the situation into a full blown crises has been the recent, dramatic drop in the price of oil. Russia’s major export is oil and gas, but with a barrel of oil dropping below $60, this has cut into Russia’s revenue and because of that, has hurt Russia’s economic viability. Due to the drop in oil prices, speculation in the currency markets has the Russian rouble tanking, losing 20% against the dollar in one day — its biggest single day drop since Russia’s currency crisis of 1998 — and losing 60% on the year. (10) This devaluation has led the Central Bank of Russia to raise its interest rates to 17%, hoping to prevent more money from leaving Russia. The substantial drop in the price of the most important economic commodity doesn’t make much sense in a world where the majority of governments are printing money. Some have suggested that the U.S and Saudi Arabia are working together to drive down the price of oil to hurt their respective adversaries, Russia and Iran. (11) Saudi Arabia has come out and said that they are prepared for $20, $30 or $40 prices. (12) And thanks to investigative journalist, Matt Taibbi of Rolling Stone, we know that any market can be subject to manipulation, by the colluding of the major banks. (13) It wouldn’t be a stretch to suggest that this recent drop is not the result of natural market forces but of market manipulation, with the purpose of hurting Russia more severely than the sanctions.
Recently, Russia’s foreign minister has come out and said that the West’s goal, with regards to Russia, is regime change. (14) The recent sanctions bill signed by President Obama has in it the authorization to spend $20 million in each of the next three years to promote democracy, independent news media, uncensored internet access and anti-corruption efforts in Russia. (15) This provision has all the makings of a strategy to change Russia from within, which has been a strategy America has employed in other countries. (16) With the current economic crisis in Russia, the time is ripe for America to meddle in Russia’s domestic affairs and stir up protests with its people to try and oust the current regime. But most threatening to Russia is NATO and their military buildup on the boarders of Russia. With anti-ballistic missile systems, troops on the ground and warships in the water, in the eastern European countries that surround Russia, NATO is just waiting for an excuse to attack Russia. (17) Each NATO country, such as Norway, Poland and Latvia, is in essence, NATO itself.
Russia’s Geopolitical Positions
Russia, on different occasions, has been directly opposed to many of the West’s military action around the world. Back in March of 2003, Russia declared it would use its veto power, given to all member nations of the UN security council, to block a U.S sponsored resolution that gave Saddam Hussein a March 17th deadline to disarm before they took action. (18) Then a couple weeks later, after the fighting began, President Putin warned the West that they were making a grave mistake by “shaking the foundations of global stability and international law.” (19) But in Libya, Russia took a different approach and refrained from voting on the resolution to create a no-fly zone in Libya. By not vetoing the UN Security Council’s resolution, it was allowed to pass. A public dispute over this decision broke out in Russia between, then President Dmitri Medvedev and then Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, when Putin called the resolution “deficient and flawed” and compared it to a medieval crusade. (20) But since the President of Russia is the Commander-In-Chief, Medvedev, at the time, was able to override Putin. But Putin’s anger came to a boiling point after Gaddafi was killed. In a official visit to Denmark, when asked about the situation in Libya he said:
“The coalition said destroying Gaddafi was not their goal. Then why bomb his palaces? Now some officials have claim that eliminating him, was in fact, their goal. Who gave them that right? Did he have a fair trial? Returning to the no-fly zone, the bombings are destroying the country’s entire infrastructure. When the so called ‘civilized world’ uses all its military power against a small country, destroying what’s been created by generations, I don’t know if that’s good.” (21)
Putin returned to the presidency in 2012, and a year later, when the U.S and Britain were calling for airstrikes against Syria, he made sure Russia didn’t make the same mistake twice, and the country strongly came out against the airstrikes, and this time, together with China, vetoed the resolution. Putin even wrote an op-ed piece in the New York Times, taking his case directly to the American people as for why the airstrikes were a bad idea. (22)
Russia Today
Russia Today is the state sponsored news network that has gained a loyal following based on the networks ability to broadcast the real news to English, Spanish and Arabic audiences around the globe. The stories that are covered are the critical events happening in our world, but also other important subjects that aren’t covered by the mainstream media. Covering stories relating to scandal, corruption and conspiracy, revealing true motives of the people or institutions involved, has led the network to gain its credibility. Subjects on financial corruption, power abuses, corporate misconduct, environmental concerns, and many others that are seen as too sensitive to the special interests that own traditional networks, to be broadcast on Western media.
Edward Snowden
The famous NSA contractor turned whistleblower, Edward Snowden, would face the full wrath of the U.S government, if given the chance, for his role in revealing to the world the U.S government’s capacity for spying and exactly who they are spying on. What’s preventing this from happening is that Snowden is currently being protected by Russia, where he has been given a 3-year residency after his initial temporary asylum had expired after his first year staying in Russia. The Russians are refusing to give him up to the U.S government after being asked to do so multiple times. Snowden never planned on staying in Russia. His original plan was to stay in Hong Kong until they gave him up, and then he decided he would go to Latin America. But after the U.S government revoked his passport, while he was in Russia, and seeing how the plane of the Bolivian President was forced to land due to the U.S government’s suspicion that Snowden was on it, he decided staying in Russia was his best option. (23)
Winter Olympics
The Winter Olympic games that were held in Sochi this year were very important to Russia. The Soviet Union collapsed in 1991 and since then Russia has had to rebuild its country from the ground up. In the early years, it was very bleak for Russians, as living standards dropped for many and inflation rose substantially, and corruption and lawlessness spread throughout the country. But in 2000, when Putin became President, he was able to bring order and stability to Russia, and their economy grew 9 straight years, which raised living standards for Russians. (24) Today, Russia has regained its role on the world stage, and these Olympics were a chance to show the world a new Russia, in hopes of promoting a more positive image, and encourage the business class to invest there. But leading up the games, there was much paranoia and propaganda with regards to terrorism. Many Western countries told their athletes not to bring their families to Russia. As a result, the world was scared off and the turnout of spectators and foreign visitors to Russia was greatly diminished.
Putin Quotes
Vladimir Putin is currently enjoying an approval rating that is unparalleled compared to leaders in the West. He is beloved in Russia but also has support from all over the world. The reason is simple: He’s straight forward and speaks honestly, with no reservation for calling it like it is. Below are just a few of the many refreshing quotes Putin has said:
“In Syria, as in the past, the United States and its allies started directly financing and arming rebels and allowing them to fill their ranks with mercenaries from various countries. Let me ask where do these rebels get their money, arms and military specialists? Where does all this come from? How did the notorious ISIS manage to become such a powerful group, essentially a real armed force? As for financing sources, today, the money is coming not just from drugs, production of which has increased not just by a few percentage points but many-fold, since the international coalition forces have been present in Afghanistan. You are aware of this. The terrorists are getting money from selling oil too. Oil is produced in territory controlled by the terrorists, who sell it at dumping prices, produce it and transport it. But someone buys this oil, resells it, and makes a profit from it, not thinking about the fact that they are thus financing terrorists who could come sooner or later to their own soil and sow destruction in their own countries.” (25)
“Let’s ask ourselves, how comfortable are we with this, how safe are we, how happy living in this world, and how fair and rational has it become? Maybe, we have no real reasons to worry, argue and ask awkward questions? Maybe the United States’ exceptional position and the way they are carrying out their leadership really is a blessing for us all, and their meddling in events all around the world is bringing peace, prosperity, progress, growth and democracy, and we should maybe just relax and enjoy it all? Let me say that this is absolutely not the case.” (25)
“They say we are violating norms of international law. Firstly, it’s a good thing that they at least remember that there exists such a thing as international law – better late than never.”(26)
“Our western partners, led by the United States of America, prefer not to be guided by international law in their practical policies, but by the rule of the gun. They have come to believe in their exclusivity and exceptionalism, that they can decide the destinies of the world, that only they can ever be right. They act as they please: here and there, they use force against sovereign states, building coalitions based on the principle “If you are not with us, you are against us.” To make this aggression look legitimate, they force the necessary resolutions from international organisations, and if for some reason this does not work, they simply ignore the UN Security Council and the UN overall.” (26)
A World Of Unknowns
In the eyes of the awakened and aware observer of the world, the U.S government is at the head of global tyranny. Yet its difficult to find criticism of America’s actions from other major powers of the world, especially in the West. The reason being, these puppet governments are controlled by the same influence that uses America as its leading force. But Russia, a massive country that can’t be easily conquered, has been a voice of criticism and because of that, has had to face the consequences of being that opposing force. Now whether the Georgian War of 2008, the downing of Malaysian flight MH17, or that mysterious flash of light that lit up the Russian sky, are the covert, indirect actions taken by this group against Russia, we don’t know. Or whether both opposing sides, the U.S and Russia, are just being used for a greater agenda, we don’t know. All we can do is look at the evidence we are privy to and base our own conclusions accordingly.

“They Are Scientists Exploring New Worlds” – American Indian Shares His Encounter With “Star People”

Stories of the Star People are well documented in Native Canadian and Native American lore, and in this article I will share a story, as I’ve done so many times before (see more examples here), from the work of Dr. Ardy Clarke, a Professor Emeritus at Montana State University who is Cherokee/Choctaw. She has been researching the Star People and collecting encounters between them and Native Indians for many years. She also grew up being told about the Star People from her family and elders.
She’s written multiple books documenting her research. This particular one is taken from her book, “Encounters With Star People, Untold Stories of American Indians.”
The story below comes from Clarke’s encounter with a manned named Russell. A Native Indian and a vietnam war veteran who grew up being abused at a religious boarding school.
The discussion between them began.
It was at the boarding school. I was about seven years old. The priest took me to the chapel. He told me to kneel. He said I had to stay there all day unless I spoke English. When the priest left, I heard him lock the door. I remember how salty my tears tasted and I worried that I would have to pee, when suddenly a light appeared outside the chapel window and a being appeared. At first, I thought it was one of the older boys coming to rescue me. But instead, as I was to learn, it was no older boy but a star traveler. He picked me up, held me close, and we walked right through the wall like it wasn’t there. He helped me escape.
Clarke then asked him to describe the star traveller.
They were robot-like. More like bugs than men, but I was so happy to be out of the chapel and away from those nuns and priests that I didn’t care. The devil himself could have taken me to hell and I would have been happy. I think these star travelers were watching the school. Maybe my old man was right. They do watch after us. Anyway, they taught me mind control. They helped me learn to live with pain and to survive in isolation.
“How did they do that” Clarke asked.
I don’t know. But after that first incident , I never felt pain again. I could have knelt for 58 hours on that chapel floor and spit in the face of the priest and kelt 48 more. I just felt nothing. When I went to Vietnam and was captured and tortured, I felt no pain. I had learned to dissociate myself from my body and not feel pain.
I think the Star People understood me. They knew when the stress was becoming too much for me. That’s when they would come. I always went willingly not because I particularly liked them, but because I could get away from a more uncomfortable situation.
“You mean, going with the Star People was more comfortable than staying in school or the army or in prison,” Clarke stated.
Yes, yes and yes. And if I were with them, I was in control.”
They taught me mind control and I learned to use it against them. In fact, they found my ability to use mind control quite interesting. before I cooperated with them, I made them do things for me. We were in a prison camp. Very little food. I made them bring me fruit. In boarding school they took away my meals a lot. In the prison camp, none of us got enough food, so I would insist that they get fruit for me. Oranges. Apples. Bananas. That’s when I learned that I could turn the tables on them. When I was able to suggest that I needed fruit and it appeared.
“In return for fruit, what did you have to do for them?” Clarke asked.
Submit to their physical exams. Allow them to collect sperm and whatever samples they needed. They did experiments on my eyes and nose. Exposed my eyes to various liquids, various degrees of light. They do not have eyes like ours or noses. I think they find our eyes curious. They took a lot of blood from me.
He then explained that they taught him how to control his pain, and described the procedure as follows,
There are panels and they set you inside them. The panels move; one part moves in one direction, another part moves in another direction. They move faster and faster until you become one with the panels and after that you feel no pain.
Clarke then asks, “Explain this to me. If they could come and get you, why didn’t they help you escape the prison and return you to the reservation? After all, the military would have just thought you were missing in action.”
I could have have chosen that route perhaps. I never explored it. When you’re in a prison camp, there is a camaraderie that develops with survival. There is no way I could leave behind my buddies, and there was no way the Star People would have removed all of them to safety. They have some kind of principles about not interfering with lives if it will change the course of history. I don’t think that my life would have changed history, but there was one guy I was with that became a politician. Another became a CEO of a big company. So maybe removing them would have made them different people. I just somehow understood that was not an option and was not something I wanted. Just having them come to me was enough of a relief from being a prisoner. They made it manageable.
Clark asks, “Why do you think the Star People abduct humans?”
I think they are scientists exploring new worlds.
Clarke then asks, “Do you see them as good or evil?”
I saw them as good when they rescued me, but I saw an evil side, too. I saw them hurt people without teaching them how to control pain. They didn’t seem to care.
He explained that he saw them abduct many people, “but most when I was in the military, several times they would take everyone in our barracks. They even took our guns.”
Clark asks, “What did they do with your guns?”
Just examine them. They never kept them. When they returned us to the barracks, none of the guys had any memory of the event. I always thought that was strange. I mentioned it to one guy once and he asked me if I was trying to pretend insanity to get out of the service. He told me it wouldn’t work.
Final Thoughts: I’ve been into this topic for more than fifteen years, and I can tell you that the lore, not just from American Indian stories, but from all cultures is filled with experiences with what seem to be benevolent beings. That being said, there are also stories of the opposite, or at least what we perceive to be the opposite. When it comes to the mainstream “UFO” disclosure, which has not yet been associated with the extraterrestrial phenomenon as much, characterizing the behaviour of these objects as a “threat” seems to be an issue among many. Based on what I’ve looked into, I believe there are multiple races from “elsewhere” that have visited our planet, and others. But who knows?
When it comes to stories of the “Star People” from Clarke’s book, like many other supposed contact experiences there are many similarities and corroborations between these experiences, with minor differences. I find the consistency among stories quite interesting, but again, there are differences. If you read her book, or the articles I’ve published sharing stories from her book (link at the beginning of the article) you will see what I mean.
At the end of the day, this topic, whether it be exploring lore or sifting through declassified documentation and/or high ranking testimony, opens up many more questions that go far beyond “are we alone?” and “have we been visited?”
A fascinating topic no doubt, one that I believe has a strange and unexplainable connection to human beings “waking up” and asking more questions about what it is we do here on our planet, why we do it, and realizing that we as a collective have an unlimited amount of potential to create a human experience where everybody can thrive.

What Happened: At the end of December last year, Donald Trump signed into law a spending bill allocating $1.4 trillion in federal funding for the 2021 fiscal year. The bill covers a lot of issues, but one in particular that caught the attention of many was the fact that the topic of UFOs, or as they are now known within the mainstream, “unidentified aerial phenomenon” were included. The bill contains what’s called the Intelligence Authorization Act which outlines clandestine reporting requirements to the congress. In the “black budget” world, many of these programs have been, and probably still are, completely exempt from reporting requirements. Based on my research, there are developments in this world that not even a president of the United States has access to.
The bill, from the day it was signed into law, gives U.S. intelligence agencies 180 days to disclose what they know about the phenomenon. That means that this June, the American public will most likely be getting this information.
The bill states that intelligence agencies must address “observed airborne objects that have not been identified and include a “detailed analysis of unidentified phenomena data collected by: a geospatial intelligence, b. signals intelligence; c. human intelligence; and d. measurement and signals intelligence.”
Chris Mellon, former deputy assistant secretary of defense for intelligence, told The Debrief that “the newly enacted Intelligence Authorization Act incorporates the Senate Intelligence Committee’s report language calling for an unclassified, all-source report on the UAP phenomenon. This was accomplished in the Joint Explanatory Statement accompanying the bill….Consequently, it’s now fair to say that the request for an unclassified report on the UAP phenomenon enjoys the support of both parties in both Houses of Congress,” said Mellon, who is also a former staff director of the Senate Intelligence Committee.
A concern we here at Collective Evolution have with regards to mainstream UFO government disclosure is that this topic has been heavily ridiculed and placed in the “conspiracy” realm for years. An “official campaign of ridicule and secrecy” (Ex-CIA Director Roscoe Hillenkoetter) has taken place for a very long time by those who wish to control the perception of the public mind, so why legitimize the topic all of a sudden within the mainstream? This is not to say that there is some sort of agenda, but it is a possibility and one worthy of discussion. This type of legitimization has been ongoing quite rapidly over the past couple of years with outlets like CNN and The New York Times giving the UFO phenomenon extreme credibility.
That being said, there are good people involved in the mainstream UFO disclosure movement. Not everybody in this field seeks to misinform the public. But it’s a tricky issue, there are reasons to believe that intelligence agencies used to spread misinformation on the subject in UFO circles, so there is a bit of a trust issue, as least for me.
Is mainstream media coverage of UFOs an attempt to control our perception of the phenomenon? Having been a researcher of the subject for more than fifteen years, I can tell you that the topic is extremely vast and leaves no aspect of humanity untouched. It opens pandora’s box and it becomes extremely complex as more and more questions continue to emerge. What we receive from mainstream media and/or government/government affiliated agencies will no doubt be a sanitized version of truth in my opinion. This doesn’t mean it’s “bad” or represents “deception” but it’s important to note that we cannot make the mistake of characterizing the behaviour of these objects based on the selected few cases that will be released into the public in an “official capacity.” We cannot allow our perception of the phenomenon to be given to us by government or mainstream media. As with most other topics it’s important to do our own research and investigation instead of relying on information from what seems to be such unreliable sources.

We have to stop reacting to intrusions by UFOs as a threat, I mean that’s the whole thing behind this new task force, as much as I respect, you know, the task force, my colleagues and I want to cooperate with them to the extent that we can bring information or resources to what they do. But there is more, this is not, should not be looked at specifically as a threat…With the phenomenon that we observe if they wanted to blow up those F18s they would do it. Below is a screenshot of some recent tweets by Lue Elizondo regarding this upcoming bit of disclosure we are about to receive. In my opinion, he seems to be a genuine good hearted person that the public can trust, but again that’s just my opinion. He’s the former director of the Pentagon’s UFO identification program. He, along with Christopher Mellon (mentioned above) recently parted ways with “To The Stars” Academy, a mainstream UFO disclosure initiative. You can read more about that here.
In my opinion, we may get a fraction of the truth, which to many who are not familiar with the phenomenon might believe to be quite a big revelation, but there is no possible way we will get “everything” that these intelligence agencies have discovered about the phenomenon after studying the subject for decades. This topic goes into crashed craft, technology, history, science, possible extraterrestrial bodies and much more.
In his very last interview before his death conducted by director James Fox, Colonel Robert Friend, who from 1958-1962 was a director of Project Blue Book, suggests the U.S. Air Force knew what these objects were. But will they tell us? Again, I am one hundred percent certain that no, they will not tell us anything we don’t already know from a public perception point of view.
The Takeaway: As I’ve said before and have said many times, this topic is extremely complex and leaves no aspect of humanity untouched. At the very least it forces humanity to expand its consciousness and consider truths and possibilities that were never considered before. Based on my research and experience, the UFO/extraterrestrial phenomenon is not so much about “them” as it is about “us” and our relationship with the planet and all life that resides on it.
If anything, I believe the more we explore this topic the more it will coincide with more people questioning the way we live on this planet, why we live the way we do and what exactly it is that is preventing us from thriving. One thing is for certain, humanity has the potential to create a human experience where everybody can thrive.

(Follow me on Instagram here) I was recently scrolling through the twitter feed of Christopher Mellon, the former Deputy Assistant Defense Secretary for Intelligence from 1997 to 2002. In doing so I came across an interesting post from The Drive regarding documents they received via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regarding a “spacetime modification weapon” developed for the U.S. Navy which, apparently, has already gone through experimental testing. This in turn led me to evidence suggesting that other revolutionary type of technology, that could no doubt be used to change the world for the better in a major way, was already “operable.”
On a side note, Mellon is one of many with such a background who has been speaking up about and creating awareness regarding the reality of the UFO phenomenon for a few years now. He was part of the “mainstream” UFO disclosure initiative “To The Stars“, which seems to be, in my opinion, a Department of Defense mainstream UFO disclosure initiative. He has left that initiative, which has been heavily scrutinized by UFO researchers who feel it portrays the phenomenon with a threat narrative attached to it when there is no need/evidence to do so.
Back to the topic at hand. In 2018, inventor Salvatore Cezar Pais presented a paper, “Room Temperature Superconducting System for Use on a Hybrid Aerospace Undersea Craft” at the 2019 American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics SciTech Forum in San Diego in January 2019. In the paper, Pais writes that “the achievement of room temperature superconductivity (RTSC) represents a highly disruptive technology, capable of a total paradigm change in Science and Technology,” and adds that its “military and commercial value is considerable.”
The paper states that:
“The subject matter of this paper describes the design of an active room temperature superconductor, to be incorporated within the Hybrid Aerospace-Undersea Craft (HAUC), described in a recently published paper, “A Hybrid craft using an inertial mass modification device.”
The granted patent application for the HAUC describes this craft, with its capabilities to alter space-time around the craft:
It is possible to envision hybrid aerospace-undersea craft (HAUC), which can function as a submersible craft capable of extreme underwater speeds (lack of water-skin friction) and enhanced aerial/underwater stealth capabilities (non-linear scattering of RF and sonar signals). This hybrid craft would move with great ease through the air/space/water mediums, by being enclosed in a Vacuum/plasma bubble/sheath, due to the coupled effects of EM field-induced air/water particles repulsion and Vacuum energy polarization.
Artificially generated high energy electromagnetic fields, such as those generated with a high energy electromagnetic field generator (HEEMFG), interact strongly with the vacuum energy state. The vacuum energy state can be described as an aggregate/collective state, comprised of the superposition of all quantum fields’ fluctuations permeating the entire fabric of spacetime. High energy interaction with the vacuum energy state can give rise to emergent physical phenomena, such as force and matter fields’ unification. According to quantum field theory, this strong interaction between the fields is based on the mechanism of transfer of vibrational energy between the fields. The transfer of vibrational energy further induces local fluctuations in adjacent quantum fields which permeate spacetime (these fields may or may not be electromagnetic in nature). Matter, energy, and spacetime are all emergent constructs which arise out of the fundamental framework that is the vacuum energy state. (source)
After reading this it reminded me of what’s known as the Alcubierre Drive, which would involve placing a craft within a space that is moving faster than the speed of light. Therefore the craft itself does not have to travel at the speed of light from its own type of propulsion system. Just think of a flat escalator in an airport. The escalator moves faster than you are walking. In this case, the space encompassing the ship would be moving faster than the ship could fly, keeping all of the matter of the ship together and intact.
“By creating a “warp bubble” that expands space on one side of a spaceship and contracts it on the other, the spaceship will be pushed away from the Earth and pulled towards a distant star by space-time itself.” – Dr. Alcubierre (source)
“While we still can’t break the speed of light, we don’t need to in order to become an interstellar species,” says Gianni Martire, Scientist at Applied Physics. “Our warp drive research has the potential to unite us all.” Martire and the team at Applied Physics recently announced the first model of physical warp drives. The group’s study was conducted in close contact with distinguished researchers in warp field mechanics, including receiving blessings from the esteemed Theoretical Physicist Miguel Alcubierre, with findings being published in the peer-reviewed journal, Classical and Quantum Gravity.
As you can see, these types of ideas are going mainstream, but is this type of thing operable within the black budget world, a world that seems to have access to unlimited resources? According to The Drive:
We have several active Freedom of Information Act requests with the Department of Navy to pursue more information related to the research that led to these patents. As those are being processed, we’ve continued to dig through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s (USPTO) Public Patent Application Information Retrieval database to get as much context for these patents as possible.
In doing so, we came across documents that seem to suggest, at least by the Navy’s own claims, that two highly peculiar Navy patents, the room temperature superconductor (RTSC) and the high-energy electromagnetic field generator (HEEMFG), may in fact already be in operation in some manner. The inventor of the Navy’s most bizarre patent, the straight-out-of-science fiction-sounding hybrid aerospace/underwater craft, describes that craft as leveraging the same room temperature superconductor technology and high energy electromagnetic fields to enable its unbelievable speed and maneuverability.
In these patent documents, the inventor Salvatore Pais, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division’s (NAWCAD) patent attorney Mark O. Glut, and the U.S. Naval Aviation Enterprise’s Chief Technology Officer Dr. James Sheehy, all assert that these inventions are not only enabled, but operable. To help me understand what that term may mean in these contexts, I reached out to Peter Mlynek, a patent attorney.
Naval Aviation Enterprise Chief Technology Officer Dr. James Sheehy wrote a letter to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) personally to vouch for the room temperature superconductor, going so far as to declare that the RTSC is “operable and enabled via the physics described in the patent application” and Pais’ publications.
Steve Justice, a recently retired Director of Advanced Systems at Lockheed Skunkworks, has also alluded to the idea that this type of technology is real. He has been quite outspoken about the “black budget” world, and crafts that can mimic the capabilities that are observed in unidentified aerial phenomenon by, as he once said, employing a driver system that alters the space-time metric. He once stated, as I’ve quoted before, that:
“We have glimpses of how the physics of this works, but we need to harvest technologies from the Science Division to “realize” the capability.” By stating this, it’s another way of saying that these technologies exists within the “science division”, wherever that may be. (source)
On top of this, you have the phenomenon of UFO crash retrievals. Apollo 14 astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell once said, “Yes there have been crashed craft, and bodies recovered.” Could some of these supposed technologies and capabilities written about in this article have been developed and discovered from the attempted reverse-engineering of crashed UFOs? This article provides a few links and sources that represent the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the type of technology that’s been developed within the “classified” world. At the end of the day, when it comes to this type of technology, which could theoretically send humanity to the stars and beyond, it provides a clean, free, and unlimited source of energy to humanity. But, our current culture and paradigm seems to be seeking to weaponize this technology, developing it for defense purposes.
Is this what this technology should be used for? What about freeing humanity from our current man made societal state of scarcity? It goes to show as we’ve said many times here at Collective Evolution, it’s not our technology or developments that will help change the human experience for the better, it’s the consciousness behind these technologies that is of the utmost importance. We have to change our underlying paradigm and thinking that we apply to these technologies and why we use them.
In my opinion, humanity has the potential to create an experience where everybody can thrive. It seems that developments that threaten our current economic model plans for “globalisation” and various other government or corporate interests never see the light of day. Why do we choose to give our power over to those who don’t have humanity’s best interests at heart? Eventually, people will have to take matters into their own hands at a grassroots level and create new solutions instead of constantly looking towards government and other ‘powerful’ entities to implement solutions.
