“The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of.” – Edward Bernays (“the father of public relations”), Propaganda, 1928 (note that Bernays’ book, Propaganda, begins with the above quote).
If you told somebody 10 years ago that there existed some sort of secret group or “secret government” pulling the strings behind the scenes of government policy, international law, various global rules/regulations, and more, they would have called you a “conspiracy theorist.” Today things have changed, largely as a result of information leaked by Edward Snowden, Julian Assange, and various other whistleblowers and activists in recent years. Their bravery has shed light on the world of secrecy that’s been blinding the masses since its inception.
I’ve mentioned this before, and I’ll mention it again, did you know that the U.S. Government classifies more than 500 million pages of documents each year? Did you know that the United States has a history of government agencies existing in secret? For example, the National Security Agency (NSA) was founded in 1952, but its existence was hidden until the mid 1960’s. Even more secretive is the National Reconnaissance Office, it was founded in 1960 but remained completely secret for 30 years. Then we have the entire black budget world, a world dominated by secrecy that was officially revealed by Edward Snowden a couple of years ago. This deals with what are known as “Special Access Programs.”
It’s not just statements that these “high-level” people are making. It’s all of the proof and evidence that goes along with it.

Canadian Defence Minister Paul Hellyer
Former Minister of National Defence, Paul Hellyer, is one of Canada’s best known and most controversial politicians. He was first elected in 1949, and was the youngest cabinet minister appointed to Louis S. St. Laurent’s government eight years later. He held senior posts in the governments of Lester B. Pearson and Pierre E. Trudeau. He achieved the rank of senior master (Deputy Prime Minister), and went on to become the Canadian Defence Minister. He is best known for the unification of the Canadian Armed Forces, and in September 2005 he became the first person of cabinet rank in the G8 group of countries to state unequivocally that “UFOs are as real as the airplanes flying overhead.”
Here’s what he had to say about the world of secrecy:
It is ironic that the U.S. would begin a devastating war, allegedly in search of weapons of mass destruction, when the most worrisome developments in this field are occurring in your own backyard. It is ironic that the U.S. should be fighting monstrously expensive wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, allegedly to bring democracy to those countries, when it itself can no longer claim to be called a democracy, when trillions, and I mean thousands of billions of dollars have been spent on projects about which both the Congress and the Commander in Chief have been kept deliberately in the dark. The 28th U.S. President Woodrow Wilson
Woodrow Wilson, an American academic, politician, and the 28th president of the United States, had this to say (among other things) in his book The New Freedom. The book also contains several other, similarly eye-opening statements:
Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men’s views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it. The 35th U.S. President John F. Kennedy
Here’s what JFK had to say in one of his most famous speeches:
The very word “secrecy” is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today, there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions. Even today, there is little value in insuring the survival of our nation if our traditions do not survive with it. And there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment. That I do not intend to permit to the extent that it is in my control. … For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence–on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations. Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed. (source)
John C. Calhoun, 7th Vice President of The United States
John C. Calhoun was the 7th Vice President of the United States, from 1825-1832. He was also a political theorist during the first half of the 19th century.
Here’s what he had to say:
A power has risen up in the government greater than the people themselves, consisting of many, and various, and powerful interests, combined into one mass, and held together by the cohesive power of the vast surplus in the banks. (source)

New York City Mayor John F. Hylan
John F. Hylan was Mayor of New York City from 1918-1925. He has been famously quoted as saying:
The real menace of our Republic is the invisible government, which like a giant octopus sprawls its slimy legs over our cities, states and nation … The little coterie of powerful international bankers virtually run the United States government for their own selfish purposes. They practically control both parties … [and] control the majority of the newspapers and magazines in this country. They use the columns of these papers to club into submission or drive out of office public officials who refuse to do the bidding of the powerful corrupt cliques which compose the invisible government. It operates under cover of a self-created screen [and] seizes our executive officers, legislative bodies, schools, courts, newspapers and every agency created for the public protection. Senator William Jenner
A United States senator who said this to Congress in 1954:
Today the path to total dictatorship in the U.S. can be laid by strictly legal means … We have a well-organized political-action group in this country, determined to destroy our Constitution and establish a one-party state … It operates secretly, silently, continuously to transform our Government … This ruthless power-seeking elite is a disease of our century… This group … is answerable neither to the President, the Congress, nor the courts. It is practically irremovable. (source)
Senator Daniel K. Inouye
Inouye was the highest ranking Asian-American politician in United States history, serving the democratic party from 1963 until his death in 2012.
There exists a shadowy government with its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own fundraising mechanism, and the ability to pursue its own ideas of the national interest, free from all checks and balances, and free from the law itself. (source)
34th U.S. President And 5 Star General, Dwight Eisenhower
In his farewell address to the nation, president Eisenhower offered these words of caution:
In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists, and will persist. … Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defence with our peaceful message and goals. (source)
This speech is relevant to share here, because the disastrous rise of misplaced power within the military industrial complex has indeed occurred…

Monkey Sharpens Rock & Uses It To Smash Through Glass Enclosure At Zoo
- The Facts:
At a zoo in China, a monkey uses a rock to smash its glass enclosure in what appears to be an attempted escape.
- Reflect On:
Are we treating animals on this planet in a way that we would want to be treated? If not, why? How does it feel to know we impede on the freedoms of living beings on a mass scale, and they don't like it?
Intriguing footage shows a Colombian white-faced capuchin at a zoo in China using a rock to smash through a glass enclosure in what appears to look like an attempted escape. The incident took place at the Zhengzhou Zoo in Central China’s Henan Province on the 20th of August 2019. Was it an actual escape? It’s hard to say, the monkey was surely surprised by the shattering of the glass, but why else would they be doing this if getting out wasn’t on their mind? Something to ponder.
In the video below you can see the monkey next to the glass, with a rock in its hand, examining the glass before hitting it multiple times with a rock before finally shattering it.
According to Metro UK, a bystander by the name of Mr. Wang told reporters that the monkey was actually sharpening the stone prior to hitting the glass. If this is the case, the attempted escape idea becomes much more likely.
‘The monkey was sharpening the stone, then it started hitting it on the glass. The monkey scared itself away, but it came back to take another look and even touched it,” Mr. Wang said.
Zhengzhou Zoo staff member Tian Shuliao said that this monkey actually knows how to use tools.
“This monkey is unlike other monkeys. This one knows how to use tools to break walnuts. When we feed walnuts to other monkeys, they only know to bite it. But it had never hit the glass before though. This is the first time. It’s toughened glass, so it would never have got out,[…]After it happened, we picked up all the rocks and took away all its ‘weapons’,” Shuliao said.
Why it matters: If this monkey is indeed attempting to escape, perhaps it doesn’t want to be in captivity. There are certainly times when humans intervene in nature to help animals who are hurt or cannot survive in the wild. Providing them with humane and expansive natural, yet safe, environments to live in can be helpful. But how often is this really the case when so much of what we do to animals is abuse and murder?
Perhaps humanity is at a time where we must reflect on whether using animals or entertainment and profit is not in alignment with a heart centred humanity.
The conscious takeaway: When it comes to the CE Protocol, looking at step 4, Living Aligned, is key because it points to being connecting with our true authentic self, beyond programmings of societal norms, but instead focused and being from a space of the heart. In this space and state of being, we are living from our authentic self and make decisions from that state of being.
From that space, how do we feel about animal captivity and the way we treat animals? This isn’t a question of belief systems, rather it’s a matter of first getting connected with your true authentic self and asking yourself how you truly wish to act in relation to animals and nature. This is why our focus is on the protocol and using the 5 Days of You Challenge to learn connection. It’s through this practice that truths and decisions become self-evident, not based on what someone else tells you or what you have to believe.
Julian Assange Has Been Subjected To Torture & Violations Of Due Process Rights – UN
- The Facts:
A team on behalf of the UN has determined that Julian Assange has been subjected to psychological torture and has not received due process. Corporate media is ignoring the story completely.
- Reflect On:
Why are we not hearing the truth about one of humanity's most important and prolific whistleblowers? Is it because what he reveals hurts the global elite?
Melzer presented his findings at the New York headquarters of the UN yesterday, and yet virtually no one in media showed as only a handful of reporters were there to hear the update about one of the most prolific whistleblowers in human history. Worthy to reflect on a possible media gag order that’s for sure.
“We came to the conclusion that he had been exposed to psychological torture for a prolonged period of time. That’s a medical assessment.” – Nils Melzer
Melzer has tried in the past to call attention to what’s happening to Assange. He wrote an opinion piece in June, yet it was also ignored or rejected by mainstream media outlets. As we often say here at CE, why is the public only ever informed on things that benefit the government or globalist agendas?
“We asked for all the involved states to investigate this case and to alleviate the pressure that has been done on him, and especially to respect his due process rights, which in my view have been systematically violated in all these jurisdictions.” – Nils Melzer
Assange has stayed in prison at Belmarsh passed his September 22, 2019 release date as a judge felt it was necessary to keep him until his February 2020 US extradition hearing takes place. If charged in the US, Assange faces 175 years in prison – for doing the right thing and exposing the crimes of the elite.
Why it matters: Assange has never broken any laws or done anything that caused harm to anyone. This hasn’t exactly been the mainstream narrative however, as the media and politicians have tried to oust Assange for his exposures of government, elite and globalists around the world.
This is important because both media and politicians’ coverage of Assange’s story reveal the attempts to distract people from what information he has brought forth and what implications it has on society. Point blank, Assange’s WikiLeaks has revealed enough to the public about the wrongdoings of their government that there should be no faith in government, yet in a society that is largely shaped by public opinion, and when media controls public opinion, these secrets stay safe, even when they become public.
The conscious takeaway: Why are there truly such great efforts to silence someone who exposes the wrongdoings of the elite? Why should we not know about these things? This story links greatly to step 1 of the CE Protocol called Breaking The Illusion. We have to begin to realize that our world does not function the way media and politicians claim they do, and when whistleblowers like Assange come forward showing us that evidently, we must pay attention and not fall back into the manipulation of the media, calling Assange a terrorist or threat to national security. These are simply cover stories. You can learn more about the protocol here, it’s how we structure all of our CE news and video content on CETV.
Why should we wholeheartedly take part in a system and process where we are being manipulated to not see the truth? Do we truly want to stay unconscious in this way? Is it going to lead to a world where we can thrive? This all starts with breaking that illusion and realizing something has to change. From there, the rest of the protocol continues, but turning a blind eye to stories like this only furthers the suffering humanity is experiencing.
Game Of Throne’s Sophie Turner Pokes Fun At ‘Influencers’ In Recent Instagram Story
- The Facts:
Sophie Turner, Game of Thrones star, took to Instagram just last week to express her perspective on social media 'influencers' and the products they promote.
- Reflect On:
As we are virtually being sold something every time we look at our screens, it's important to note that even some of the people we follow on social media play their part in pushing not-so-amazing products to the masses.
Sophie Turner took to Instagram on Monday, October the 7th to poke fun at (and bring light to) social media influencer marketing. The ‘Game of Thrones‘ star went on her stories and shared a silly but message-driven video while wearing a typical ‘influencer look.’
“Hey you guys, just kind of going for my influencer look today,” Turner said in her Instagram video.
“Today I just wanted to promote this new powdered stuff that you put in your tea, and basically it makes you s**t your brains out,” she said.
“(It) is totally really really bad for me to be promoting to young women and young people everywhere but I don’t really give a f**k because I’m getting paid money for it,” she added with a fake laugh.
She ended the video by throwing up a peace with grey gloved fingers and stating, ‘Influencer life.’
Why it matters: The more aware we are of the constant outpour and push of products that are not good for us, the more conscious we can be of said influencer tactics. The truth of the matter is, influencers and celebrities get paid lucratively for helping push (usually) toxic products to the masses. Whether it is the latest powder to get you to lose weight or make-up filled with harmful ingredients – we see it all and most of the time are sold on the idea that they (influencers & celebrities alike) actually use these products to attain their looks or physiques.
Conscious takeaway: It all comes down to being a grounded individual rooted in truth. When we see the latest and greatest craze going around, we should think to ourselves, ‘what is my reason behind wanting this product or lifestyle? Does it serve my highest good, or does it feed my ego?’
With more and more of our reality being curated by those of influence, it is crucial that we become more conscious of what we view, follow or believe, and more importantly why. ‘Keeping up with the Joneses’ has become ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians,’ and while we seek the unattainable we must tune in, within, to really understand what it is we are searching for. It is in our moments of deep reflection that we find what we have been looking for is there, within – genuine peace and gratitude for who we are, what we have and how we are naturally becoming all we have ever wished to be – without need for the external or material to create that peace.
That said, we can reflect on step 1 of the CE Protocol, Breaking The Illusion and also step 3 and 4, Deprogramming Limits and Living Aligned. These steps refer to getting clear on how our world truly functions, deprogramming the limits that we accept and believe about how we must act in our world, and then learning to align and tap into our true authentic self and live through this state of being. You can learn more about the protocol here, it’s how we structure all of our CE news and video content on CETV.
