The latest Bond movie, Spectre, touches on an insidious connection between certain vested interests who wish to control intelligence and spy on citizens on a global level. The movie shows how special interest groups create terror throughout countries in an effort to push through and scare the public and governments into enacting stricter surveillance and reducing civil liberties. While the Bond movie makes the baddies out to be nothing more than a bunch of voyeurs who wish to know what everyone is up to, in reality the stakes are much higher. During his farewell address on January 17, 1961, President Dwight Eisenhower warned about what he described as a threat to democratic government. He called it the military-industrial complex. This was the union of defense contractors and the armed forces. He explains:

“In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists, and will persist.”

The Pentagon Collaborates With Hollywood to Glorify War

Back in 1986 the movie Top Gun was released. As a young kid I remember watching Maverick and Goose chase down Russian MiGs. The film went on to become a box office success, turning into the highest grossing film in 1986 and going on to take $353 million in total world box office receipts.(1) I didn’t realize at the time, of course, that I was being subject to some good old fashioned propaganda. War propaganda comes in a few forms — the first being a tool for the military to recruit, the second being in glorifying war and keeping the military industrial complex in business.

While Top Gun was not overt propaganda, since it distorted any historical facts, it did have a significant influence on young people. Top Gun was made in collaboration with the Pentagon. It was released in the mid-1980s, when polls showed many Americans voicing doubts about the post-Vietnam military experience. The movie’s success of presenting sweaty jocks flying jets not only generated millions at the box office but proved to be a major force in reviving the military’s image. Enlistments went through the roof. The Navy capitalised by setting up recruitment tables at theatres playing the movie. Opinion polls showed rising confidence in the military as America fell in love with Maverick, Iceman, and Goose as they travelled at Mach 2. (2)

Top Gun is not alone as a propaganda tool for the military. There have been numerous other collaborations which promote the theme of war. Recent movies such as Man of Steel gained access to use military hardware, while state of the art fighter jets were featured in both of the Iron Man movies. The criteria for use of military equipment is pretty straightforward: make the military look good. The movies Pearl Harbour and Golden Eye were other films that received the support of the military. With billions of dollars of tax payer funded military equipment at hand, it is difficult for production houses to produce military films which don’t have the support of the Pentagon. The Pentagon worked closely with the filmmakers in the production of Top Gun, giving the producers access to high-end equipment such as warplanes and aircraft carriers for a meagre $1.8 million. (2a)

Not All Films Are Supported By the Pentagon

Not all films get the green light from the Pentagon, however. Oliver Stone, a military veteran himself and eight times an Academy Award winning filmmaker, has made numerous films about the reality of war. Stone knows all too well how the Hollywood Industrial Complex works. Stone wrote Platoon — the story based upon his experiences as a U.S. infantryman in Vietnam — to counter the glorified vision of war portrayed in John Wayne’s The Green Berets. It was the first Hollywood film to be written and directed by a veteran of the Vietnam War.171  Stone suggests that Eisenhower was correct in his assessment of the power the military-industrial complex, stating it is the single largest economic entity in the United States. (3)

Movies that had to go without any military support include Forest Gump, Platoon, Apocalypse Now, Independence Day, and Thin Red LineAny movie script which denigrates the military, harms recruitment efforts, refers to drugs or alcohol, or where any enemy overpowers the military (including aliens), is a big no no when it comes to receiving potential military involvement. Hence, only stylised celluloid dreams of heroic American myths of imperialism and the rewriting of history is portrayed to audiences across the globe. The big loser in all this propaganda is, of course, the audience. The movie going public is exposed to a partial reality, which is a Pentagon glorification of war, funded by the U.S taxpayer.

War is Good for Corporations

The big winners are the corporations which support and provide the know-how, services, and equipment to the military. Some of the big players such as Lockheed Martin, a global aerospace, defense, security, and advanced technology company, with worldwide interests, take home some serious dollars from the U.S government and taxpayers. In 2013, 82% of Lockheed Martin’s $45.4 billion in net sales were from the U.S. Government, either as a prime contractor or as a subcontractor (including 61% from the Department of Defense [DoD]). 17% of Lockheed’s revenues were from international customers (including foreign military sales [FMS], contracted through the U.S. Government), and 1% were from U.S. commercial and other customers.(4)

Another key player in the military stakes is the Boeing Corporation, better known for its design and manufacture of commercial airlines. Under its Defence Space and Security Arm, it develops military aircraft, military communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems, satellites, and rockets, as well as providing services such as integrated logistics and supply chain management. This arm of the business constitutes approximately 40% of all operating revenues, contributing $33 billion to the Boeing’s bottom line. (5)

Another lesser known company is Northrop Grumman. Northrop Grumman is a global security company who provide an array of military aircraft systems, unmanned systems such as the maker of Global Hawk surveillance drones, cyber security, communications and computers, (C4) intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems and installations. In 2013 Northrop Grumman’s revenue exceeded $24 billion, most of which (86%) was from U.S. government contracts.(6) These are just a few of the corporations which form part of the military industrial complex Eisenhower warned about in his farewell speech back in 1961.

Military Contractors Reliant on Government Contracts

In his book How the Military Invades Our Everyday Lives, Nick Turse outlines how “the military has grown from 22,000 prime contractors doing business with the Department of Defense (DoD) in 1970, to 47,000 + prime contractors and more than 100,000 sub-contractors in 2008.” (7) It is easy to see how lines can become blurred. Many of these large corporations are completely reliant and vulnerable to maintaining government contracts. With such exposure and risk involved with operating these businesses it is easy to see why corporations have such close alliances with government. This close alliance of corporation and government may not always be in the best interest of democracy and the general population. So when we see terrorist attacks and our politicians promoting and coercing the citizens of countries to war, the question begs, who is benefiting from such actions and who is ultimately behind such aggression?

In Brief

  • The Facts:

The FBI has now confirmed that they are aware of the American Airlines pilot's UFO report. They did not say they are officially investigating the incident any further. The incident remains a mystery.

  • Reflect On:

The increase in UFO coverage and reporting in mainstream media is raising public awareness about how prominent and well documented the subject is. What does the reality of the UFO phenomenon mean to you? Does it change your worldview?

On Sunday Feb. 21, 2021 a pilot on American Airlines flight 2292 from Cincinnati to Phoenix reported seeing a long cylindrical object fly very fast over New Mexico, reporting that it looked a lot like a cruise missile. Now, the FBI has confirmed that they are aware of the mysterious report but did not say whether they are investigating any further.

The pilots report, which can be heard here, went like this:

“Do you have any targets up here? We just had something go right over the top of us – I hate to say this but it looked like a long cylindrical object that almost looked like a cruise missile type of thing – moving really fast right over the top of us.”

Steve Douglass, an experienced radio interceptor, was the first to report on the incident and claimed he heard the pilot’s transmission while recording from his multiple scanners.

Initially, American Airlines did not confirm that they had information the incident had happened, but later on, they provided a different story to journalists at The Drive who pressed for more info.

American Airlines initial response:

“At this time, we do not have any indication the radio transmission was from the flight crew on board American Airlines Flight 2292 on Feb. 21,” an airline rep told the outlet initially.

American Airlines updated response:

“Following a debrief with our Flight Crew and additional information received, we can confirm this radio transmission was from American Airlines Flight 2292 on Feb. 21,”

On Feb. 25th, a FBI spokesperson Frank Connor told Fox News in an email that:

“The FBI is aware of the reported incident, […] While our policy is to neither confirm nor deny investigations, the FBI works continuously with our federal, state, local, and tribal partners to share intelligence and protect the public. Anyone who is aware of suspicious or criminal activity should contact their local law enforcement agency or the FBI,”

The Federal Aviation Administration did release a short statement regarding the incident as well:

A pilot reported seeing an object over New Mexico shortly after noon local time on Sunday, Feb. 21, 2021. FAA air traffic controllers did not see any object in the area on their radarscopes.

Up to this point this incident remains a mystery. It is unclear if further formal investigation is happening behind the scenes, but given what we’ve learned over our years of researching this subject, intelligence agencies tend to take these incidents significantly more seriously than they make the public aware of.

There has been a long term veil of secrecy surrounding the UFO phenomenon and only in recent years has the discussion turned more mainstream. It has been interesting to see further media publications pop up who are now taking this phenomenon a lot more seriously as well. This will continue to push this conversation into the mainstream over the course of time.

While it’s always intriguing to explore these new reports, there is decades of research and credible whistleblower testimony that fill in a great deal of ‘blanks’ when it comes to questions regarding the UFO and ET phenomenon. Indeed we know a lot more than what is being circulated in mainstream media at this time, and the phenomenon delves deeply into the field of consciousness research.

I recently received permission to release my full, raw, interview for the Dr. Steven Greer’s latest film ‘Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind.’ In it I cover my perspectives on discerning mainstream coverage of the UFO subject, the societal and cultural implications of the phenomenon, and what it means for humanity as a whole. You can watch the full interview exclusively on CETV.

  • The Facts:

Joe Martino recently sat down with Bruce Fenton to explore the reason why he believes modern humans may have been created by intelligent extraterrestrials.

  • Reflect On:

Why do some of us judge and close off to ideas that are new and fringe? Why are we not willing to examine evidence that may overturn what we currently believe? Are people truly 'crazy' for exploring subjects like this?

CE founder Joe Martino recently sat down to discuss this question with Bruce Fenton, a multidisciplinary scientific researcher, explorer and author, on The CE Podcast. Bruce lays out his fascinating research into an ancient aboriginal story discussing humanity’s origins, and three key pieces of scientific anomalies that lend evidence to support the validity of the story. In the podcast you’ll learn about a one hundred year old australite mystery, the evidence for a multiple impact asteroid attack, and human genetic evidence all that tell an intriguing story about where we might have come from. The podcast is titled “Exogenesis: Were Humans Made By Extraterrestrials?” You can listen to it here.

Complementary Research

Francis Crick (8 June 1916 — 28 July 2004), an English scientist who was most noted for being a co-discoverer of the structure of the DNA molecule in 1953 alongside James D. Watson, had a theory called directed panspermia, explaining that:

“organisms were deliberately transmitted to earth by intelligent beings on another planet. We conclude that it is possible that life reached the earth in this way, but that the scientific evidence is inadequate at the present time to say anything about the probability. We draw attention to the kinds of evidence that might throw additional light on the topic.”  (source, 1976)

Not long ago 33 scientists published a paper stating that Octopuses may have arrived on Earth as “extraterrestrial imports.”

The discussion of “where did we come come from” is one that can be controversial and emotional for some of us. While experiencing emotion is not inherently a bad thing, it can cause us to become stuck in our beliefs and as a result we fail to explore new and emerging ideas with a sense of curiosity and inquiry. In many cases, this means setting aside evidence that may very well have some validity.

Over the past decade alone I’ve made it a point to always question what I believe, and I’m always open to new information that renders what I believe false, or information that at least makes me question what I think I know. That being said, it’s hard to arrive at any sort of truth these days, especially in a day and age where our perception of major issues, events and topics seem to be heavily influenced and manipulated by a variety of factors. We are indeed in a sense-making crisis as a culture.

We must  ask ourselves, how often do we hold onto our beliefs even when new information and evidence is presented which counteracts these beliefs? New information that challenges the accepted framework of knowledge and/or thinking has always been shunned, disregarded and ridiculed by “intellectual authorities.” Are we open to changing this habit?

When it comes to the origins of humanity, being a “truth seeker” myself I can tell you I’ve come across a plethora of credible information and evidence suggesting the origins of humanity are not as we’ve been made to believe. There are many issues with the theory of evolution, for example, and based on everything I’ve researched over the years, there is more evidence suggesting the two overwhelming beliefs of today, have some serious flaws. It can also be confusing, because what many refer to as “God” also seems to have different definitions attached to it by different people. I’ve also learned that much of what we perceive as our physical material reality is not actually physical, and much of what makes up our reality is made up of and birthed out of non-physical phenomenon. Perhaps all “matter” originates from that source? I don’t know. What’s intriguing to me is that all of us seem to have within us a moral code, some sort of spark, whether dormant or not, of “goodness.” We are all connected in more ways than one.

With that said, we invite you to explore this podcast with an open mind and sense of curiosity. When it comes to new theories, it’s common for culture to label people as “crazy” for even asking questions and exploring topics that don’t fit the frame but we are in an incredible time in human history where our minds and ideas are opening up very rapidly. The idea that “extraterrestrials” had something to do with the origin of life on this planet, in my opinion, seems to be quite plausible.

“Contactees” Claim Some Extraterrestrials Are Concerned About Earth & The Threat of World War 3

A hilltop in central Thailand has attracted people who believe extraterrestrials hover above a huge Buddha statue and send telepathic communiques to people trying to warn humanity about the direction we are headed.

  • Reflect On:

Why are there so many corroborating stories about extraterrestrials contacting humans urging them to get their planetary affairs in order? Should we be taking these stories seriously now that the existence of UFOs has been confirmed?

Follow me on Instagram here. Make sure you follow Collective Evolution on Telegram as we have no idea how much longer we will be on Facebook.

We are living in a time in which the collective mind is opening and has opened itself to the possibility that “we are being visited and have been visited” (Lord Admiral Hill Norton) by beings from other worlds. This topic is no longer taboo, especially since the fact that the existence of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) or Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAPs) has been confirmed multiple times by many governments and agencies around the world, the latest example being the United States Navy and the Pentagon.

We have seen legitimate coverage on the topic from mainstream media organizations like the New York Times and CNN for example, coverage that hints to the idea that these objects do not originate on Earth or from our civilization. This type of “mainstream disclosure” has many people skeptical given the fact that so many people are having a hard time trusting these networks. For years we’ve seen a campaign within the mainstream to ridicule this topic and place it into the “conspiracy theory” bin. Therefore, it is indeed an important question to ask ourselves why they are legitimizing the topic all of a sudden after so many years of secrecy and ridicule. I propose that what we are receiving and will receive from the mainstream is simply an attempt to control the narrative on a topic that is so vast and leaves no aspect of humanity untouched. We will probably get nothing but a heavily sanitized version of the ‘truth,’ if anything and an attempt to control our perception of the phenomenon, but that’s just my opinion. Right now we don’t know what we are going to get.

Although the collective mind is opening to the reality of unknown objects performing physics defying maneuvers thanks to radar tracking data, videos, pictures and witness testimony, as well as the extraterrestrial hypothesis, when it comes to actual stories that exist within the lore of this field it still seems quite unbelievable to many, and that’s very understandable.

What Happened: One (of many) interesting recent supposed contact experiences that may currently be ongoing comes from a forest reserve in central Thailand. A hilltop (Khao Kala)  there has been attracting many people, especially those who have an interest in the UFO phenomenon due to reports of UFOs seen in the area hovering above a large Buddha statue that sits atop the hill. It’s all happening approximately three hours by road or rail north from Bangkok in Nakhon Sawan, which translates to “City of Heaven.”

Those who gather there and have been gathering claim that these objects are piloted by extraterrestrials, and that they receive telepathic messages that are quite similar to the messages and teachings that come from Buddhism. To someone who hasn’t studied the lore of extraterrestrial phenomenon this may seem funny and ridiculous, but supposed telepathic communication with extraterrestrial beings is quite commonplace among those who claim to have had such experiences. In many cases the “teachings” and messages supposedly received also seem to corroborate to many other encounters from around the globe. The corroboration among experiencers is actually quite eye-opening and vast. There are thousands of experiences that corroborate with each other in several fascinating ways.

Another common corroboration seems to be the idea that we as a human race are on the brink of destroying our planet, and in doing so we may also affect beings that live on other worlds around us. These particular beings in Thailand have warned of environmental disaster and the threat of World War 3 as well if humanity does not get its affairs in order. Some of these beings in Thailand apparently come from Pluto, they arrive in spaceships via a supposed wormhole above the statue, and the beings and craft are seen spontaneously appearing and disappearing. They are supposedly thin beings with silver looking skin.

Pluto aliens worry about something so devastating happening on Earth, such as war or in the environment, that it might impact their planet. They also want to give some people the ability to communicate with them, so if humans destroy everything in a nuclear war, the aliens will be able to help survivors rebuild human civilization. (source)

This is interesting, Dr. George King who founded the Aetherius Society after, according to him, receiving telepathic messages from an extraterrestrial. The messages given through Dr. King from the 1950’s onward corroborate with UFO activity disclosed today, in 2021, and the messages that come from these people in Thailand. You can read more about that story specifically, here.

What I find intriguing about Dr. Kings transmissions is the fact that the information he was relaying to the public in the 1950s correlates with a lot of information we now know about the phenomenon today, in 2021. For example, he stated that they were highly concerned about humanity’s use, testing and manufacturing of nuclear weapons. Fast forward today and we have a lot of information about the phenomenon which suggests this.

For example, a declassified report by the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center from June 1959 shows just how seriously the United States government wanted to detonate a nuclear weapon on the Moon for scientific measurements and such. According to Colonel Ross Dedrickson, who had a long stint with the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission, they did try this. While with the Air Force and the Atomic Energy Commision, he learned “about incidents involving nuclear weapons.”

And among these incidents were a couple of nuclear weapons sent into space that were destroyed by the extraterrestrials….At the very end of the 70s and the early 80s, we attempted to put a nuclear weapon on the moon and explode it for scientific measurements and other things, which was not acceptable to the extraterrestrials. They destroyed the weapon before it got to the moon….And that is their major concern, to preserve the integrity of the Earth, because it (also) affects their own system….The idea of an explosion in space by any Earth government was not acceptable to the extraterrestrials and that has been demonstrated over and over. – Dedrickson

It’s now a matter of public record that UFOs have been seen, many times, hovering over nuclear missile storage facilities. There have been multiple incidents. During some of these events, the missile launching capabilities were shut down. Are they sending a message?  There has always been a strong connection between UFOs and nuclear weapons facilities.

For example, Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana is one of the best examples. An event occurred there in March of 1967 at a base that was responsible for maintaining a large amount of nuclear weapons. It was a nuclear weapons launch facility. We’re talking about people who are responsible for guarding the launch of these weapons that have the capability to completely destroy our planet and all life on it.  Military witnesses, and others,  saw a red, glowing UFO hovering just outside the front gate. After that happened, all of the nuclear missiles shut down and went completely dead. Here is a clip of Captain Robert Salas, one of the men involved in the incident, giving his testimony.

It’s amazing to think that Dr. King was talking about their concerns with our nuclear weapons in the 1950s, isn’t it?

Dr. King claimed that these beings were concerned about humanity and the direction we are heading.

There are many examples to choose from. The same type of messages were given telepathically to more than 60 children at a school in Zimbabwe. Harvard psychiatrist John Mack investigated the case, all of the children who were very young at the time (1994) drew the same pictures of the beings, received the same messages and recounted the exact same experience. The messages also seemed to be a warning of where our planet was heading if we do not change our ways and were beamed into the children telepathically from the beings seen by them. We covered this story 6 years ago, and have been meaning to update the article and links. It’s not hard to find if you do some independent research. You can read about the story hereHere’s a clip to a Joe Rogan podcast discussing the incident.

Here’s another example of corroboration from a 1977 news broadcast that was supposedly taken over by an extraterrestrial. There are countless examples.

Decades ago, visitors from other planets warned us about where we were headed and offered to help. But instead, we, or at least some of us, interpreted their visits as a threat, and decided to shoot first and ask questions after. – Former Canadian Defense Minister Paul Hellyer (source)

The gatherings in Thailand at this area have become quite popular, so much so to the point that in 2019 government officials disbanded multiple groups atop the hill and petitioned in court to ban mass gatherings in the area. In September of 2019, many UFO enthusiasts who gathered in the area were confronted by police and forestry officials.

Believers meditating below the statue

As for the origins of the hill’s supposed attractiveness to extraterrestrials, believers say it all began in 1997, when retired Sergeant-Major Cherd Chunsamnaun, deep in Buddhist meditation at home, received mental messages from what he insisted were aliens. He told his family. They scoffed. “I asked my father to tell the aliens to show themselves, ” says Wassana, his daughter. “The next day, the aliens sent energy to spin my brother and brother-in-law.” She says the two men were yanked up from the living room sofa and spun simultaneously, like whirling dervishes, out of the house and into the yard.

Wassana, who quit her job as a nurse to champion the extraterrestrial, says her father continued to receive telepathic messages over the years. “Before my father died (in 2000), he taught us how to communicate with the aliens,” she adds. Today, she says more than 100 other Thais have this ability after practicing with her. (source)

The Bangkok Post also describes this specific story.

As a medical professional and science lover, 56-year-old Somjit Raepeth doesn’t just believe in things that can’t be proved by fact. Mrs Somjit was born and raised in Nakhon Sawan where she worked as a nurse at a local hospital. After a long shift one day in late 1997, Mrs Somjit received a phone call from her father, Cherd Chuensamnuan, a retired army sergeant living in Uthai Thani province. “Do aliens exist?” he asked her bluntly. Based on her own experience and a lack of any evidence to the contrary, she told him, “no”. Sgt Cherd was a monk before he joined the army. He loved to meditate and did so every day.

Several weeks later he called his daughter again. He said he could hear an alien in his mind while he was meditating. It said there would be a big disaster that would kill half the world’s population. “They are real,” Sgt Cherd said. “I won’t believe it until I see it with my own eyes,” she replied. Mrs Somjit asked her father to send the alien over to her house in Nakhon Sawan, repeating that she’d believe him when she saw it first-hand. Not long after, the nurse received a phone call from her father while she was working her night shift at the hospital. “They are on their way to see you now,” he said, before hanging up.

Less than five minutes later, Mrs Somjit got a worried phone call from her sister-in-law. “He is spinning out, please come home,” her sister said, referring to Mrs Somjit’s husband, Charoen Raepeth. Mrs Somjit was confused, but she couldn’t leave her shift until the morning. When she finally arrived home, Mr Charoen explained everything. He said he had lost control of his body and began spinning like a top. He spun out to the front yard of the house and was shocked by what was in the sky.

“I saw a big, round flying object with a bright orange light in the centre and many other smaller lights spinning around it,” Mr Charoen told Spectrum. Mrs Somjit called her father back and told him to inform the aliens that she was at home waiting for them. Around 8pm, when most houses in the neighbourhood had already turned out their lights, she got the call. “They are on their way again,” he said.

Mrs Somjit and her two other sisters went outside to stand in front of the house. There it was, up in the sky. The sisters looked each other in the face and said: “It is real.” Having lived in Khao Kala for 47 years, not much surprises 67-year-old Payung Chuensrinuan. She lives at the foot of Hill 145, which is part of the Kala mountain range and named after its height above sea level. The place is a hot spot for sightings of unexplained lights in the sky.

Mrs Prayung had her first encounter with the paranormal long before Mrs Somjit. The incident took place one evening when everyone in her family was out at a local funeral. She was home with her nephew that night. Sitting on her front porch at 9pm, a large object with a light “as bright as the moon” came flying out of nowhere and hovered down close to her. She didn’t know what it was, so called her nephew to come and see.

“It was quiet so it couldn’t have been a plane and it was covered by blinking lights,” she said. “Then it flew away very fast. I thought I was dreaming.”

People making their way to visit the hilltop

The Takeaway: I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, the UFO/extraterrestrial topic truly leaves no aspect of humanity untouched. Be it history, technology, science, metaphysics, spirituality and more.  It’s truly a consciousness expanding realization and a paradigm shifting moment for humanity if we do indeed ever get to experience it, and it will force humanity to expand its perception with regards to how we perceive the nature of our reality.

One thing seems to become more clear every single year is that we are not alone, never have been alone, and we are and have been visited for a very long time. At least that’s my opinion based on my experiences and examining the evidence that seems to making its way into the public domain.

Despite the fact that this topic has exploded in the mainstream I believe this is a citizens initiative, and as I said earlier in the article any type of information that leaks into the mainstream is most likely to be a heavily sanitized version.

At the end of the day we have a lot of issues on our planet to resolve. This should be our main focus. Ironically, this is the message from various groups of extraterrestrials supposedly visiting our planet and making contact with people. This is not to say that all extraterrestrials are benevolent or malevolent, but that’s a deeper discussion, one I discuss in this article I recently published if you’re interested.

We’ve been writing about this topic for more than a decade now. To read more of our articles on this subject matter, you can click here.
