Every Bishop In Chile Resigned Over Sex Scandal. Are We Seeing The Implosion Of The Catholic Church?

Published

on

In Brief

  • The Facts:

On May 18, 2018, all 34 Chilean bishops offered their resignation to the pope for their active or passive complicity in a sex scandal involving the sexual abuse of children.

  • Reflect On:

Will the Catholic Church be able to survive these revelations? Will these resignations suffice to convince followers that the Catholic Church is really opposed to pedophilia?

Last month, at the end of an emergency summit in Rome with the Pope, 34 Chilean bishops offered their resignation in the wake of revelations of sexual abuse of young boys and their complicity in covering up the crimes. These 34 represent every bishop in Chile, 31 active and 3 retired.

Damage control at its finest. But is it too late?

The Timeline

The timeline of this particular story, now part of a voluminous list of crimes of complicity within the Roman Catholic Church, runs as follows:

2011: Charismatic Chilean priest Rev. Fernando Karadima is removed from ministry and sentenced by the Vatican to a lifetime of penance and prayer based on the testimony of his victims, who said they were all molested by him in the swank parish he headed in the El Bosque area of Santiago. A Chilean judge also found the victims to be credible, saying that while she had to drop criminal charges against Karadima because too much time had passed, proof of his crimes wasn’t lacking.

2015: The Pope appoints Juan Barros as bishop presiding over Osorno, a region of Chile, despite victims’ testimony before Chilean prosecutors that Barros, one of Karadima’s proteges, witnessed the abuse and did nothing to stop it. The appointment outraged Chileans and badly divided the Osorno diocese, where hundreds of lay Catholics and many priests have refused to accept Barros.

Jan. 18, 2018: During a visit to Chile and Peru from Jan. 15-21, the Pope was asked about the Barros appointment and responded, “The day they bring me proof against Bishop Barros, I’ll speak. There is not one shred of proof against him. It’s all calumny. Is that clear?”

Jan. 21, 2018: During an airborne press conference on the way home from the trip, Pope Francis apologized for insisting that victims of pedophile priests show “proof” to be believed, saying he realized it was a “slap in the face” to victims that he never intended. But he doubled down on defending Barros, and he repeated that anyone who makes such accusations without providing evidence is guilty of slander.

February 1, 2018: The Pope sends the Catholic Church’s top abuse prosecutor, Archbishop Charles Scicluna and his aide, Monsignor Jordi Bertomeu, to Chile to investigate the matter. They interview 64 people which forms the basis for a 2,300 page Vatican report exploring matters of child sexual abuse and the cover-up of such crimes by Church officials in Chile.

April 11, 2018: The Pope invites all Chilean bishops to Rome for a crisis meeting to discuss the findings of the report.

May 18, 2018: In the wake of revelations from the meeting, all 34 Chilean bishops offer their resignation. Footnotes the pope took from the report indicate that the pope accused the bishops of destroying evidence of sex crimes, pressuring investigators to minimize abuse accusations and showing ‘grave negligence’ in protecting children from pedophile priests.

Pope Francis’ About-Face

In his document, Pope Francis said all Chilean bishops bore blame, ‘and me first of all.’ In this admission, he accedes to the criticisms he received for his transfer of Juan Barros to Osorno, and his support for Barros over the past few years in the face of righteous opposition.

Further, he appears to be taking a grander view of these problems than had been done by the church in the past. An article in the Daily Mail summarizes it thusly:

Francis said he was ‘perplexed and ashamed’ by the report’s evidence that there were ‘pressures exercised’ on church officials tasked with investigating sex crimes ‘including the destruction of compromising documents on the part of those in charge of ecclesiastic archives.’

He said such behavior showed ‘an absolute lack of respect for the canonical process and worse, reprehensible practices that must be avoided in the future.’

He said the problem wasn’t limited to a group of people, but can be traced to the training Chilean priests receive in seminary, blaming the ‘profound fracture’ within the church on the seminaries themselves.

The Vatican investigation, he said, contained ‘grave accusations against some bishops and superiors who sent to these educational institutions priests suspected of active homosexuality.’

‘The problems inside the church community can’t be solved just by dealing with individual cases and reducing them to the removal of people, though this – and I say so clearly – has to be done,’ Francis wrote.

‘But it’s not enough, we have to go beyond that. It would be irresponsible on our part to not look deeply into the roots and the structures that allowed these concrete events to occur and perpetuate.’

The harsh assessment of the quality of seminaries suggests that a possible next step might be a full-on Vatican investigation of Chilean schools of priestly training.

What’s Really Going On Here?

Throughout most of their history, the Roman Catholic Church was so powerful that crimes of pedophilia could be completely covered up and pushed beyond public view. In more recent times, revelations about individual priests somehow managed to emerge, often decades after their crimes had occurred. It was long maintained that these crimes were purely the work of a few ‘bad apple’ priests, whose acts of cruelty and depravity stemmed from such excuses as ‘personal weakness’, ‘poor judgment’, even ‘loneliness’.

But we have come to find out that this is simply not an accurate characterization. It has been shown, to an extent that cannot be contested, that the sexual deviance and cruelty of individual priests has inevitably been enabled by a grotesque ‘support system.’ It’s a network of church officials that surround and protect these criminal priests through their silence, lies, and complicity, and by simply moving such criminals from areas where the outrage of the community has gotten too heated, to other areas where they can start fresh with the physical and psychological torture of a new group of young and vulnerable children.

As abhorrent and vile as crimes of pedophilia are, one could almost argue that the willful enabling of such acts on the part of officials in the church hierarchy is equally or even more abhorrent. In the face of having been accused of their complicity in such horrors, these are the types of statements we hear coming from the complicit bishops who attended the crisis meeting with Pope Francis:

“We were not prepared for something such as abuse, and this was a shock for me. We were not prepared and were not able to understand what happened to the victims, but now we know.”–Bishop Ramos

“<Francis> has given us a clear example and we must do likewise. He knows how to say ‘I have made a mistake,’ and to ask pardon for that.”–Bishop Gonzalez

Hypocrisy Of The Highest Order

I pray for the day when the majority of people on the planet see these statements and the faux-humility they are couched in for what they are: hypocrisy of the highest order. These statements and others that were made are the pleas of cowardly, deceitful people doing anything to save their skin and their positions of privilege. The culture of the Catholic Church is like no other in the way it has accommodated the most profane of human acts and systematically protected the perpetrators.

Now, finally, revelations of this nature have become so widespread that Pope Francis has had to indict the entire system of seminaries in Chile, ‘promising’ fundamental change there. The optics behind it are to dissociate what has happened in Chile from the core of the Catholic church, the Vatican, like sawing a dead branch off of a tree. The question is, does this public condemnation of the Chilean bishops represent a real effort to improve the Catholic Church, or is it just damage control on the part of Pope Francis to forestall the uncovering of deeper and more pervasive revelations about the Catholic Church?

Who Is Pope Francis?

In all honesty, I am not sure who Pope Francis is. In some circles, he is seen as a person who embodies the sinister, duplicitous capabilities of his institution, and has risen to the Papacy as a result of his perceived capacity to radiate a saintly persona to maintain the Church’s power through these difficult times. Others say that he is a fundamentally moral person who has been brought in by more benevolent forces to slowly and safely effect a controlled demolition of this most corrupt institution.

One thing I do believe is that Francis knew about Barros, about the veracity of victims’ claims against him, and went ahead and forcefully defended him anyway, using that tried and true approach of righteously claiming that no proof had come forth. But that strategy didn’t work this time, apparently. His ’emergency summit’ in Rome was a public relations sideshow meant to morally elevate the Vatican high above the crimes revealed in Chile. Certainly some followers will believe this narrative, but the objective observer will note that the Catholic Church’s behavior in Chile is the rule, not the exception, of its base culture. Church sexual malfeasance has been widely documented, with one report citing over 10,000 reported cases in the United States alone, more than 4,000 cases in Australia, and several hundred cases in Canada, Germany, Belgium, and Ireland.

Making Sense Of It All

And if we go along with the notion that the vast percentage of such crimes go unreported, it makes the perpetration of these crimes fully systemic, and a disturbing picture of the Catholic Church from top to bottom comes into view. In fact, it would be naive not to draw the following conclusions:

  • Pedophilia is not actually an unwanted problem within the Catholic Church, but rather a core activity that is promoted by the Holy See
  • The capacity to move up the ranks in the Catholic Church is predicated largely on a priest’s engagement in such activities or, at a minimum, their willingness to keep silent or enable such activities
  • The Catholic Church is ‘Christianity’ in name only, and those at the highest levels do not follow the teachings of Jesus Christ at all, but rather the practices of an occult system like Satanism where pedophilia is promoted

Naturally, I believe many Catholic priests–perhaps the vast majority–are doing their best to practice the teachings of Jesus Christ as they understand them, and impart those teachings to their followers. However, the fact that there has not been a major revolt on the part of Catholic priests against the rampant pedophilia within their ranks only reinforces the notion that we are dealing with a systemic problem. The fact that the bishops of an entire nation were all found to be complicit in enabling pedophilia under their purview reinforces this claim.

All that is left now is for us to unveil the highly guarded secret motives of the Vatican itself. A cogent explanation for the preponderance of pedophilia within the ‘sacred’ walls of churches and parishes would surely be revealed. And if this were to happen, whether through the efforts of Pope Francis or despite them, the dismantling of arguably the most powerful control structure on our planet may be upon us.

Authentic UFO Footage Caught On Camera By A University Professor & His Research Students

Published

on

In Brief

  • The Facts:

Østfold University College has an observatory that is set up year round 24/7 for the purpose of filming the strange light phenomenon that is known in this part of Norway. And one night, scientists and students captured footage of an actual craft.

  • Reflect On:

Think about how this topic has changed over the years, going from 'taboo' to completely verified within the mainstream. What are the implications of realizing that we have been visited for possibly longer than we've been aware of?

UFOs have gone from being a ‘taboo’ topic of discussion to a scientifically proven phenomenon. They’re real, and practically everybody knows it. This is evident from all of the declassified documents, witness testimonies, and electrooptical data that’s available as well as all of the mainstream ‘UFO’ disclosure that’s occurred over the past few years. We’re talking about testimonies from astronauts, generals, colonels, pilots and long-time Department of Defence and space agency scientists, like Norman Bergrun, Bob Dean, Colonel Ross Dedrickson, Edgar Mitchel, etc. The list is a very long one, and the number of testimonies reaches to well over one thousand if we look at them on a global scale.

The question is no longer if UFOs exist, but rather, who or what is behind the wheel? Just as there was evidence for UFOs decades ago when the phenomenon was referred to as a mere ‘conspiracy theory,’ the same holds true for the hypothesis that some of these objects may indeed be crafts piloted by extraterrestrial or extradimensional beings. There are plenty of reasons to assume that many of these craft are extraterrestrial, from contactee/abduction accounts as well as witness testimonies like the one included above.

The extraterrestrial hypothesis holds a lot of credibility, not to mention that many encounters with these crafts show a display of physics-defying maneuverers. This hypothesis made its way into the mainstream recently when a Pentagon official disclosed its “Aerospace Ariel Threat Identification Program.” The head of that program, Louis Elizondo, went on national television just weeks after retiring from the Pentagon stating that he believes some of these objects are piloted by intelligent extraterrestrials. (source)

So if that’s what you believe, you’re not alone in your thoughts. Mainstream UFO disclosure requires another discussion, as it’s hard to really trust any information or perspective that comes from mainstream media these days.

Video Footage

There are no shortage of, what seem to be, authentic videos from very credible sources. Sure, we’ve had multiple videos and pictures of these objects released by dozens of governments worldwide, but we also have footage from a number of civilians, like you and me, who have encountered these objects and have been lucky enough to have a phone or a camera on hand.

For example, a UFO was filmed by multiple crews in Turkey on May 13, 2009, and the footage appears to show occupants inside of the craft. It made headlines over there, and is well known to UFOlogists as the  Kumburgaz, Turkey UFO incident. There were also several witnesses from the local village. The video was analyzed by the Scientific and Technology Research Board of Turkey (which is sponsored by the government). They concluded and vouched for its authenticity. It was filmed by the late Dr. Roger Lier, which is fascinating because he was a doctor of Podiatric medicine, and arguably the best known individual with regards to extracting alleged alien implants. He has performed more than fifteen surgeries that removed sixteen separate distinct objects. These objects have been investigated by several prestigious laboratories, including Los Alamos National Laboratories, New Mexico Tech, and many others. You can watch him speak at the Citizens Hearing on Disclosure which took place a few years ago here.

The sighting in the video below comes from Erling P. Strand, an assistant professor in the Faculty of Computer Sciences at Østfold University College, Remmen in Halden.

The footage was taken by the Hessadalen Interactive Observatory at Ostfold University College. This particular observatory has captured and documented many strange anomalies that seem to plague the area. As far as I know, its the only official 24 hour UFO observatory in the world. Radar and cameras have tracked and filmed numerous inexplicable phenomenon in this area, with the fastest one recorded at 30,000 km per hour, which is faster than any known aircraft today.

The light phenomena here in Hessadelenm, Norway started in late ’81 with a lot of sightings. At the most it was 20 sightings a week. The local people here started to see the light down in the valley, sometimes close to their houses, and they were wondering, what could this be? (Quote from Strand, taken from The Day Before Disclosure

Radar and camera have since picked up astonishing photos of unexplained light phenomenon. Landings have also been reported, and conclusive evidence showing earth samples have also been taken.

Below is a picture of students and scientists examining a two ton piece of turf that was cut out in the area using laser precision. It was lifted and placed a few meters away. There was no sign of machinery or people.

One week during September 2007, a major survey was carried out by the university scientists assisted by students with several observation units. On the fourth night of the survey, something special happened. Below is footage taken from the film The Day Before Disclosurewritten and produced by Filmaker Terje Toftenes. The film (from where the above picture was taken) has footage of multiple instances documented by the observatory as well as more information on this particular area of Norway. It was taken by Stand and the students.

The first bit you see there is what showed up in September, although it’s dark but you can hear the excitement of Strand as well as the students as they scream with joy. The second piece of footage within the clip below, where it cuts to shortly after, is another incident that was filmed by the observatory .

Below is another picture from the observatory, one of many that continue to be completely unexplained to this day.

The Takeaway

What kind of implications are to come from the realization that we are not alone, and that we’ve been visited by beings from elsewhere for a long time? It truly leaves no aspect of humanity untouched, and it’s interesting to reflect on how sheltered we’ve been from so many topics, not just limited to UFOlogy. Ultimately, this sheltering from the truth often ends up hindering our willingness to learn about these subjects.

We have been conditioned to live our life, accept things the way they are, and ignore any information that challenges our beliefs despite any evidence presented. There is something for us to discover here, perhaps about ourselves or about the nature of reality and where we came from. Not long from now, it will be us traversing through the stars, stumbling upon other civilizations who will look up in awe. But first, we have to collectively accept that it’s time to take off the training wheels and fly. No longer can we continue to live on this planet the way we have been. If we want to move forward and live in peace, harmony and abundance, drastic changes need to be made.

At the end of the day, I believe this planet is more important than we are.

Ex US Dept. Of State Official Says Existence Of Elite Pedophile Rings Are “NOT Shocking!”

Published

on

In Brief

  • The Facts:

A former long time US government insider, Steve Pieczenik, recently tweeted about elite level pedophilia, hashtagging it on twitter and emphasizing that it's "NOT! Surprising."

  • Reflect On:

With so many people like Steve speaking out, why do many of us still believe this is a conspiracy when there is evidence that women and children are actually suffering?

Steve Pieczenik is a former United States Department of State official and a Harvard trained psychiatrist with a doctorate in international relations from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He held many roles within the US political system, including as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State under Henry Kissinger, Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter, Ronald Regan and George H.W. Bush.

Now, if you’ve done research into US politics, being associated with names like Kissinger and Bush automatically raise a red flag. What’s even more concerning is that he was a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a group many consider to be ‘wicked’ while hiding behind good deeds. However, he was removed from the membership as early as October 2012, which was around the same time he started to “blow the whistle.”

Not everyone from ‘within’ is part of this strange clique that many people are becoming aware of today. The clique that Donald Trump doesn’t seem to be part of, which is a huge step, and is something we haven’t seen for a long time. That’s not to say we support his presidency whatsoever, we’re just stating that he doesn’t seem to be part of the Deep State. Nevertheless, many from within are starting to have a shift in consciousness, and feel a deep need to let the public know what’s really going on.

Despite his credentials, Pieczenik’s statements have gone completely ignored by mainstream media. In 1982, Pieczenik was mentioned in a New York Times article as “a psychiatrist who has treated C.I.A. employees.” In 2001, he operated as chief executive officer of Strategic Intelligence Associates, a consulting firm.

He’s been an insider for years and is one of many from within who have a much clearer idea of what is going on behind the scenes, despite the narrative that’s controlled and televised by the establishment’s media mouthpieces.

Pieczenik is a legend for speaking his truth, and he deserves to at least be listened to.

It’s interesting to review how ‘elite level pedophilia’ hit the mainstream over the past couple years, bringing up Pizzagate at first, which was quickly labelled a ‘conspiracy theory,’ and then again when the ‘Q anon’ phenomenon began to surface, which mainstream media brushed off as a ‘conspiracy’ yet again.

You don’t have to look far to see that this kind of thing isn’t a conspiracy theory. The victims are starting to come forward, and people like Pieczenik are speaking up about it. Not long ago, an MSNBC news report even implicated Hillary Clinton in covering up a pedophile ring within the state department.

A lot of this is simply labelled as ‘fake news’ by the establishment because it implicates many of its members. It’s also easy to label it as such because some of it is so unbelievable that it’s hard for the mind to accept.

Register to watch our exclusive 4-part interview series with Anneke.

The truth is that we have more than enough information to at least warrant a proper investigation.

The more we continue to refer to this type of thing as a conspiracy theory, the more we allow those who are involved to continue hurting and abusing innocent women and children who have no way out.

We are talking about ritual abuse, and it seems to start at the Vatican, bleeding down into the government and other power structures. It’s a big club, and we’re obviously not in it. Let’s not forget Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted pedophile of the Royal Family, similar to the relationship Jimmy Savile had with the Royals as well.

Even foreign politicians have suggested that western politics is associated with pedophilia and Satanism, Vladimir Putin being one of the latest examples.

This is why I wasn’t shocked when I came across the tweet below, discussing the news that came out at the end of last year stating that celebrity Sacha Baron Cohen found a potential pedophile ring while taping the show “Who is America.”  Cohan was quoted as saying, “We immediately turned over the footage to the FBI because we thought, perhaps there’s a pedophile ring in Las Vegas that’s operating for these very wealthy men.”

You may be asking: Why hasn’t the FBI done anything? (Ted Gunderson, former FBI special agent and head of their L.A office did a lot of work in this area).  If you want the answer to that question, retired police detective Jon Wedger, with over 25 years of service in the investigation of child abuse, explains who is involved in this ring and how it operates continually without ever being taken down. It’s because, for the most part, when you take this information to your superior, they are already aware of these activities and fail to act on any information. The ones we go to solve this problem may actually be condoning it.

Pieczenik has also implicated the Clintons, stating that“We know that both of them have been a major part and participant of what’s called The Lolita Express, which is a plane owned by Mr. Jeff Epstein, a wealthy multi-millionaire who flies down to the Bahamas and allows Bill Clinton and Hillary to engage in sex with minors, that is called Pedophilia.”

It’s important to note that Trump’s name was found once on the flight ledger to Lolita Island but not repeatedly as with many other people, like Bill Clinton who appeared 26 times for example. It is often believed that Trump appears to be working so hard to stop sex trafficking because of what he saw when visiting Lolita Island.

Again, given his background, and all of the evidence that’s already been put out to the public, why should anybody deem this a conspiracy theory? Why have there been no investigations? Why were Australian media outlets forced into silence when Cardinal George Pell was recently convicted on five counts of child sexual abuse? He is now the most senior official ever to be found guilty, serving as an advisor to Pope Benedict as well as Pope Francis. He’s one of the Vatican’s most powerful officials.

Children are being subjected to torture, murder, and a life full of trauma. We must understand that pedophilia within the realm of politics goes far beyond just that, it goes into ritual abuse and Satanism as well. And it’s not just politics, it’s Hollywood too. You can find it in many institutions that have amassed massive amounts of power.

Weird connections have always been observed from within, take the Obama administration for example. He appointed Kevin Jennings as Assistant Deputy Secretary of the Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools at the US Department of Education. He’s a member of NAMBLA (North American Man/Boy Love Association) and supports Harry Hay, who is also in support of NAMBLA. This was more than a decade ago, but these strange connections exist all over the political system.

Another example of institutional pedophilia support can be found within the UK government and the Catholic Church, which have come under public scrutiny for claiming that victims of child sexual abuse can “consent” to their rapes. They did this in order to avoid compensating victims. The Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) establishes which victims get compensated, and they do so by determining whether or not the victim gave consent, even if that victim is a child. You can read more about that here.

A lot has happened since Former U.S. representative Cynthia McKinney blew the whistle about pedophilia within the government in 2005. She grilled Donald Rumsfeld on DynCorp’s child trafficking business of selling women and children. (source)

Not long after that, retired Army General James Grazioplene, who worked in the Pentagon and as the Vice President of DynCorp, faced six rape charges against minors.

There are so many connections, whistleblowers and investigations that have uncovered examples of institutional pedophilia — we just aren’t aware of them because the mainstream media often fails to report on them.

The Takeaway

What does this tell us about who we are electing as our leaders? Are they that two-faced? Many of these people are powerful members of the elite, and some of them have been made for us to idolize and almost worship. They hide behind philanthropy and good deeds, masking some very disturbing things taking place behind the scenes.

We’ve been turning a blind eye to this topic for too long and it’s time to pay attention. A big issue here is the fact that many of the people involved have also experienced the same type of trauma as a child. It’s considered normal to them, and it’s normal to many of the children who are involved today. If we as a society are going to bring this out into the open, a discussion has to happen from a place of compassion, not judgement. This is still something the human race needs to work on, because if we continue to punish and ostracize people for their wrongdoings, we will never address the root causes of the issues we wish to rid the planet of.

Australian Prime Minister’s Apology: Did He Really Just Mention “Ritual Sexual Abuse?”

Published

on

In Brief

  • The Facts:

In his public apology to the people of Australia based on the findings of a Royal Commission into institutional responses to child sexual abuse, Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison used the term 'ritual sexual abuse.'

  • Reflect On:

Does this signify the beginning of 'official' public disclosure about the prevalence of Satanic ritual abuse that has long been a practice of the world's powerful elite?

On November 12, 2012 the former Prime Minister of Australia, Julia Gillard, set into motion a Royal Commission to inquire into institutional responses to child abuse. Five years later, in December 2017, the Royal Commission presented its final report to the government, an absolutely damning indictment against institutions that dealt with children, including the Catholic Church. As a result, the current Australian Prime Minister, Scott Morrison, delivered a public apology on October 22, 2018.

Whether or not this public apology from both Morrison and the opposition leader Bill Shorten was as sincere as it was eloquent is a matter of conjecture. When Morrison says that “today, as a nation, we confront our failure to listen, to believe and to provide justice,” does he really mean to suggest that a problem as rampant as this was allowed to continue for so long simply because they did not believe the claims by children who were sexually abused? Or did Morrison leave a clue that there is something deeper and more insidious going on here?

“The crimes of ritual sexual abuse happened in schools, churches, youth groups, scout troops, orphanages, foster homes, sporting clubs, group homes, charities, and in family homes as well.” Australian Prime Minister, Scott Morrison

Child Sexual Abuse Is Found Everywhere

For most of us, it is difficult to make sense of the prevalence of child sexual abuse described by the Royal Commission. Keep in mind that these claims only account for the small percentage of sexual abuse survivors who were willing to come forward. We cannot hear from those who died, nor from the children who didn’t come forward.

Child sexual abuse is often systemic, organized, and highly promoted in many corners of the world by a central power structure that remains hidden from sight. This power structure has several different names but for this article I will use the term ‘Illuminati,’ referring to an elite group whose role and nature I describe in much greater detail in my Lucifer Series.

The Royal Commission did not go so far as to suggest the existence of this central power structure, and to be fair, that would be beyond their mandate. Their main focus was the ways in which institutions fail to properly deal with claims of child sexual abuse perpetrated by individuals within their organizations. In their analysis of institutions where incidents of child sexual abuse were found, the commission had these rather broad observations:

Cultural, operational and environmental factors within institutions can all affect the likelihood of children being sexually abused and the prospect that abuse will be identified, reported and responded to appropriately.

Institutional cultural factors include leadership and organisational culture, which shape assumptions, values, beliefs and norms. These influence, among other things, how individuals behave when interacting with children, what is understood to be appropriate and inappropriate behavior, and how children’s well-being and safety is prioritized. They can include risk factors such as the failure to listen to children, or prioritizing the reputation of an institution over the safety and well-being of children.

Operational factors include governance, internal structure, day-to-day practices, the approach to the implementation of child-safe policies and the recruitment, screening and training of staff and volunteers. They can include risk factors such as institutional hierarchies that inhibit identification of abuse and allowing perpetrators to remain in positions where abuse can continue.

Environmental factors include the characteristics of physical and online spaces that enable potential adult perpetrators and children with harmful sexual behaviours to access victims. They can include risk factors such as access to children in isolated or unsupervised locations, and the use of online environments to groom and abuse children.

The Government Is Part Of The Problem

Register to watch our exclusive 4-part interview series with Anneke.

One of the greatest reasons that it is difficult for a government to admit that the prevalence of pedophilia and sexual abuse is managed by a central power that is grounded in Satanic rituals and practices is that governments are very much entangled in the web of the Illuminati power structure. Of course not all government employees are involved in ritual sexual abuse; however, as evidenced by the testimony of Anneke Lucas that CE will release on January 17th, the opportunity to rise to positions of great power and influence within governments is often predicated on one’s willingness to move into the inner circles of the Illuminati and eventually participate in the Satanic rituals.

And so, even as Scott Morrison and opposition leader Bill Shorten make what seems to be a heartfelt apology to the nation of Australia, one has to wonder how many of the politicians in attendance, especially the more powerful ones, sit there knowing how extensive the reach of this power structure is. That being said, it is interesting that Scott Morrison slipped the term ‘ritual’ into his speech:

The crimes of ritual sexual abuse happened in schools, churches, youth groups, scout troops, orphanages, foster homes, sporting clubs, group homes, charities, and in family homes as well. It happened anywhere a predator thought they could get away with it, and the systems within these organisations allowed it to happen and turned a blind eye. It happened day after day, week after week, month after month, and decade after decade. Unrelenting torment.

Nowhere in his speech did Morrison elaborate on what he meant by ‘ritual’ sexual abuse. The mainstream view of pedophilia is that it is an act perpetrated by an individual, and in many cases other people turn a blind eye to it. People generally do not see child sexual abuse as a collective, established ‘ritual’ that is an essential part of a group’s religious or spiritual life. However, Morrison’s use of the phrase ‘ritual sexual abuse’ may in itself suggest that public disclosure of these Satanic practices is not far behind. The fact that he would be permitted to introduce the term to the public from a seat of authority is a promising sign.

Testimony Of Ritual Practices

With a little digging, one could find stories compiled by the Royal Commission like this one from Lillian Jane that hinted at the uncovering of  these ‘ritual’ practices:

Lillian was sexually abused and raped by her father from a very young age. He would also allow his friends to gang rape her. When she was six years old, in the 1960s, police removed Lillian and her siblings from their father’s care and she became a ward of the state of Queensland.

She was fostered through kinship care and placed with her grandmother.

‘They took [me] off our parents for a very good reason and I’m grateful to them for that. However, the choice of giving [me] to our … paternal grandmother was a very bad one. How anyone can believe that taking a child from [an] abusive … father and giving [her] to the person who made him what he was … just boggles the mind.’

Lillian’s grandmother believed that Lillian and her sisters had ‘bad blood’ and were ‘a disgrace’ to the family.

‘And that we were a burden on her … she said we had to pay our way, especially us girls … so she used to prostitute my sister and I in hotel rooms, and there was a men’s club in the city, she used to take us in there … we had to pay our way when I was six till when I was eight.’

Lillian said her grandmother was also involved in the ritual torture and murder of children. In collusion with two prominent men in town, she would obtain unwanted children for these ceremonies. When Lillian was eight, she became traumatized during one of the rituals.

‘I was holding this little girl’s ankles … and she just looked at me pleading for help and I couldn’t help, I was only eight. I couldn’t even help myself. So, I went to my teacher the next day because something had to be done.’

‘I told my teacher … because I trusted my teacher and she was so horrified, she couldn’t believe what I was telling her, and she told my grandmother …’

‘My grandmother called me into the kitchen and she was really calm … and said “If you ever tell anyone again you will be the next on the block” … I never told anyone again.’

Because of Lillian’s care status, a caseworker would periodically turn up to check on her and her siblings. While she was terrified to speak with him at all, and certainly not about her abuse, she found comfort in his presence.

‘If it hadn’t been for the fact that the caseworker was checking on us … I would have been dead.’

Lillian remained in her grandmother’s care until she was a teenager, when she was sent to look after a relative’s children. The relative raped her and, when her grandmother found out, Lillian was forced to marry him. The relationship continued to be physically and sexually violent.

She remained with her husband for a number of years, but grew suspicious that he was molesting one of their children. When she confronted him about it, he beat her brutally.

‘I rang local police and asked if I could change the locks while he was at work. And the police officer, and I’m so grateful to him, said “Why?” and I explained to him what had happened … he said, “Get out now. Take the children and what you’ll need. Get out of that house. I don’t want you to stop for anything. Grab what you’re going to need, just get out now. And here’s the number to call when you’re somewhere safe.” That man saved my life. I’ll always be incredibly grateful to him.’

Lillian escaped with her children and this was a turning point in her life.

Her testimony suggests that Lillian’s family is rooted in or connected to an Illuminati bloodline, though it may have begun to break away from Satanic practices and was just playing out trauma. Lillian’s grandmother’s involvement in the ritual torture and murder of children, wherein the children in her care were forced to participate, would signify to me that she was a practicing member of the power structure as she participated Satanic ritual sacrifices of children, which are an essential element of Illuminati practice.

At the time Lillian told her teacher about being forced to participate in ritual child sacrifice, the teacher was so unprepared to accept that reality that she did the most egregious thing and let Lillian’s grandmother know about it, causing the continuation of Lillian’s abuse and suffering for a great number of years. Scott Morrison’s inclusion of the word ‘ritual’ in his apology about institutional child sexual abuse may be something small, but it is an important sign that people may be more prepared to believe the story of a child like Lillian, and become part of a solution to this problem rather than an unwitting accomplice.

The Takeaway

There has always been an occult, esoteric realm in human existence that has wielded great power in shaping the perception of the masses. Up to now, the workings of this esoteric realm have been hidden and quite separate from the life of ordinary individuals. Yet there is every reason to believe that the veils of illusion are lifting, and that the real truth about the activities that have been hidden from sight are poised to soon be part of mainstream discourse. Of course many will be shocked and traumatized by it all, but this is an essential step to take in our evolution. In my mind, the esoteric world and the world of mainstream perception have started to blend into one, and the use of the term ‘ritual sexual abuse’ in a public statement from an official seat of government signifies a part of this process.
