Collective Evolution works to go where most journalism doesn’t, reporting on tough subjects and holding the powerful people accountable – all while maintaining a voice focused on reader well being.
‘Conscious’ media is founded on objective, heart-based, yet bold journalism that seeks to provide clarity, introduce solutions and unite humanity. There are times when we uncover something that can be contrary to mainstream public perception. Regardless of the controversy, we hold true that our journalists must stay on track with facts, even within our most daring subjects. This does mean that we feel something is not ‘false’ simply because it challenges blind-faith cultural norms. We have always been transparent with our readers, and will continue to be. Honesty, accountability and integrity is paramount to what we do.
Fact Sourcing & Attribution
Collective Evolution has been producing media for over a decade in a space that has often been criticized for not being factual in its reporting nature. We took it upon ourselves very early on to hold true to journalism that is well sourced and attributed, and clearly indicates hypothesis when facts or sources are not available to support an idea. Readers will always see sourcing clearly outlined in our articles where we have them. Where there is uncertainty about analysis, we will mention this as such.
The primary source of fact checking is on our journalists producing content. We also have methods in place for other team members to fact check stories prior to release as well. In times where we work with sources or whistleblowers whose names we cannot release for various reasons, we make this clear and we always seek to verify their claims through other sources prior to publication. Readers will always know what is a sourced fact and what is our opinion as it’s always clearly stated or felt within the context of each article and usually within its category.
CE and its editorial staff seeks to maintain the highest journalistic standards and does not take payment from any outside source for stories and news.
Currently Collective Evolution publishes news reports, analysis, commentary, opinion pieces and instructional articles. We label each piece accordingly to add clarity to each piece.
Article Corrections & Ongoing Updates
If we discover a correction needs to be made, it is always clearly labelled within an article. Sometimes we slightly update a headline or adjust something we may have made an error with. If this occurs, we outline corrections within the article.
If anyone wishes to see a correction on any particular article, they can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will carefully review any potential objective inaccuracies prior to making changes to a published story.
