Yes, you read that right. As of this moment, I haven’t eaten for 54 days. There are many reasons why I chose to do this, which I will get into below, but the one thing I can say for sure is, the experience has not even come close to what I expected.
But first I must caution you not to try this at home. If you’re thinking of doing an extended fast PLEASE do your research first, and ease into it. You should also know that the way you break your fast is equally as important. Many P.O.W.s (prisoners of war) have died after returning from concentration camps because they ate too much food too quickly, so this is not something to be taken lightly.
Why I Started This Fast
To be totally honest, I’ve always wanted to embark on a “serious” fast. I had tried a 3-day and 7-day juice fast in the past, and although they were challenging, I felt I needed to go a little deeper. I’m also working on a CE documentary called Psyched Out that is about how everything we’re told about psychedelics may be wrong. In the process of making this film I started exploring other ways to reach altered states of consciousness and fasting kept popping up, so I started interviewing people about fasting and the experiences they’d had, and found myself increasingly fascinated by the topic, not to mention all the religious references to fasting and experiences those seekers encountered while out in isolation on long fasting expeditions. Many people use these types of fasts as a healing mechanism but for me it was out of sheer curiosity.

At around the same time, my wife told me about this group on Facebook of people withering away, taking pictures of their poop (and many other nasty things coming out of them), and some even having their eyes change colour. At first I thought nothing of it, but a few days later she added me to it, and I was hooked. Intuitively I knew right away that this was for me, but the icing on the cake was when I found out that the creator of the fast, Gino DiSerio, lived in the same town I grew up in. I knew the universe was sending me a message so I got in contact with Gino, and within two weeks, I would be embarking on the Master Fast System.
The Master Fast System
Basically, the Master Fast is an extended fast that combines intermittent dry fasting (having a 6-8 hour window that you can drink juice in) with weekly and monthly extended dry fasts (24-48 hours of no food or water), drinking 1-3L of concord grape juice mixed with lemon juice daily within that window, taking a few tablespoons a day of a psyllium husk mixture with bentonite clay and activated charcoal (which they call psyllium pudding) to draw toxins from the intestine and keep the bowels moving, and some herbal tinctures taken with a kidney tea to filter the kidneys and support organs and glands through the detox. Enemas and colonics are also part of the system and are HIGHLY recommended to assist removal of toxins on the cleanse. All of this information can be found on the Master Fast website.
They recommend doing the fast for 108 days, which is very extreme and not appropriate for most people. I told myself I would aim for 40 days, which Gino says is the minimum required to get a good cleansing of the GI tract — the ultimate goal of the cleanse and the best way to reset the body. We have been clogging our system for years with foods and toxins that do not belong there, so we need a good clean to reset. Gino also believes we are meant to be mainly fruitarian, which he dives into a bit on the podcast (linked below).
In the Master Fast Facebook group, there are many incredible stories of transformation and healing on the physical, emotional, and mental levels. For example, there is a testimonial of a guy who healed his paralysis through extended fasting and is seen swimming in the ocean on a YouTube video.
So I was ready to start, not knowing what to expect but open to any and all possibilities. I expected to feel lethargic and irritable (as I did on my 7-day juice fast a few years back), but it was quite the opposite. In the first week I felt amazing, and as the days went by I just felt better and better.
In the second or third week I started feeling aches and pains in my body, but I had read somewhere in the group that people claimed that old injuries would start to heal, and when I focused on where the pain was coming from (my middle toe and right hip flexor), I quickly realized these were old sports injuries, and within a few days the pain had subsided.
I think the theory goes something like this: when you start saving all the energy used to digest food it starts getting diverted to other places like brain function and healing. I’m not sur ehow t veryify this scientifically but I can say that I felt it for sure!

I still thought about food A LOT in the first three weeks. I was really contemplating how I would eat and what I would eat when I was done, and this would go on almost all day every day. I started to see what an addiction food was and slowly began to realize we don’t need to eat as much food as we do. We are responding more to cravings than a true need for food.
I know this is a very bold statement, and I’m planning to write an entire article about it and another short episode, but I compare it to when people say they need a cigarette or are dying for a cigarette — they are not going to die but really want it to the point that they will feel withdrawal. If we have been eating a certain way for many years, of course we will feel like that too. I’m not sure how to explain it, but you can see how close a link there is to food and emotions. As you stop eating, these emotions and cravings begin to disappear.
I have been doing a lot of reading and researching on the breatharian concept and an amazing author named Arnold Ehret created a theory that we are “air-gas” machines and we get our energy from the air and the various gases within it and very little from food, which may actually do more to slow us down than anything. He says the nutrition and protein theories that so much of our common nutritional understanding is based on were created based on very weak experiments and are still only “theories.” I don’t want to get too much into this here, but I just felt I needed to share that. I plan on writing a separate article that goes a lot deeper into why these theories appeal to me.
With this in mind, I made sure I was doing deep breathing exercises every day. The weight came off pretty quickly — I lost about 30 pounds in the first 30 days — but other than the way I looked (people couldn’t believe how skinny I got so quickly), I felt incredible. This is not normal for everyone, as most people will experience detox symptoms as their bodies release waste and toxins that have accumulated over a lifetime. Around the 30 day mark my food addiction had subsided, and I was at peace with not eating.
I started to experience a type of mental clarity that can be best described as what I saw in the movie Limitless starring Bradley Cooper. I was able to easily make difficult decisions and my intuition and creativity were operating on a whole new level altogether. I could sleep less (approximately five hours a night) but maintain an incredible focus on my work for extended periods throughout the day. I was reading books at an astonishing rate and am learning new things daily. For example, I learned how to edit videos in a single day, and this was something I had wanted to do for years but never got around to actually doing. (See my The Way Within video at the bottom of this article.) I also had a to-do list that seemed to have an ongoing list of things I would never get around to and yet managed to tackle in its entirety during this time.
More Than a Physical Cleansing
On day 40, I passed a two-foot-long worm (Or at least something that closely resembled one see pic below). It was either a rope or a tape worm, but I’m not an expert so I’m not going to guess. I also show a video of the worm at the end of the video attached below. This happened after I embarked on a 72 hour dry fast followed by a lemon and water enema.
It felt amazing and I know almost every single one of us, especially those of us who eat meat and dairy, has parasites of some sort, and they literally suck your energy. Every time I would pass a few more buggers I would feel better and better. I also recently completed a 4 day dry fast (no food or water) and again something long and worm like came out with the enema (see pic).
I also noticed that my desire to be more organized had changed as well.
As I cleansed myself internally, I felt the need to clean and organize the external as well, which, for 35 year
s on this planet, had never been the case. I started cleaning out my computer files, desk drawers, and closets. For so
me reason I just needed to be more efficient, and I knew that every second saved in my life of rummaging through crap would benefit me in the long term.
All the ancients wrote and spoke about fasting as a spiritual practice to cleanse the body, mind, and soul, and I can totally understand that now. Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, and indigenous peoples from North and South America, among many others, use fasting as a ritual in their spiritual practices. I haven’t had a psychedelic experience while on this fast yet, but as I work myself up to longer dry fasts, I anticipate deeper experiences. There have been incredible shifts in myself and the way I see the world that I can attribute to this fast and I encourage anyone who resonates with this to give fasting a try, even if only for a couple of days. I have felt this incredible sense of peace and calm while on the fast; it’s like I am in a constant meditative state where I don’t react to situations and can easily see what the best outcome and course of action for me to take is. (And yes, sounds crazy to me, too.)

g listen. I also plan to share more specifics of my journey and create a fasting program on my own (along with Gino) in the near future. I have decided to break the fast after 55 days and losing 35 pounds, and will rebuild as a fruitarian on a mono diet and see how I feel. My intuition is telling me to do this, and I intend to listen.

12 American Astronauts Visit Planet Serpo & Some Of ‘Theirs’ Came Here: The Alleged ‘Project Serpo’
Project Serpo is rumoured to be a top secret Special Access Program (SAP) between the United States government and an alien civilization who referred to their planet as Serpo, located in the Zeta Reticuli star system. Details of this supposed program have appeared all over the internet, and stem from unverifiable sources that one would never use to bring credibility to the topic of UFOs and extraterrestrials.
We already have an enormous amount of verified data and verified whistleblowers to pull from, but again, it’s also fun to speculate every once in a while, and why do we always have to lend our ear to a “verifiable source.” Obviously, it’s understandable if you’re trying to reach a wider audience, but we could be potentially missing out on some interesting revelations. It’s always a worthwhile effort to take a look and see what might be true, especially with regards to stories that, at the present moment, we can’t really say to be true or false.
As long as it’s clear we are speculating, I think it’s a healthy and creative thing to do, especially in light of all the evidence that does already exist suggesting human/alien interaction. We, for the most part, know we are not alone and know that some sort of interaction has taken place, at least that’s our stance here at Collective Evolution, and we know much of the world feels the same way.
It’s truly one of the most exciting times in human history to be alive and although there is, I believe, ample evidence to suggest that humanity has gone through phases of extraterrestrial contact before, it’s looking like it might be on the verge of happening again, at least that’s the gist we seem to be hearing from many different prominent people who would be in the position to ‘know.’
It’s the biggest story in human history, one that leaves no aspect of it untouched.
Since we dropped the Atom bomb, UFO sightings have been increasing every single year, it’s something that can’t really be hidden anymore as citizens all over the world have shot footage of crafts performing maneuvers that defy our known laws of physics and aerodynamics, including the government.
This was the sentiment of multiple insiders from within the U.S. Department of Defence, who recently released three videos of real UFOs shot by their military pilots. The director of the Pentagon’s ‘aerial threat’ program to investigate UFO’s, Louis Elizondo, along with one of the pilots, stated that they believe the objects they saw were indeed not from this world. Elizondo specifically stated that he believes there is ample evidence suggesting “that we are not alone, whatever that means.”
Keep in mind, there are thousands of these encounters described in the declassified literature.

Here’s an interesting comment from the recently retired Director of Advanced Systems at Lockheed Skunkworks, Steve Justice:
“This is a concept for an international point-to-point transportation craft that will erase the current travel limits of distance and time. It mimics the capabilities observed in unidentified aerial phenomenon by employing a driver system that alters space-time metric. We have glimpses of how the physics of this works, but we need to harvest technologies from the Science Division to “realize” the capability.”
In the comment, he is also verifying UFOs, and goes a step further with claim to know how the craft is operating.
Shortly after this, the Canadian government made a coin commemorating one of its most famous UFO encounters, and actually showed a highly radioactive piece of the craft on mainstream television, it was in a special radioactive shielding case.
So, as you can see, it’s evident something is going on here and it seems as though we are being acclimatized to the idea that we’re not alone, and that we have been, and are being visited.
As with most other major stories that come from mainstream media and ‘official government’ sources, it’s hard to completely trust without being a little cautious, given the fact that the citizenry has been lied to on numerous occasions, with so many different topics, in order to serve elitist agendas.
The UFO topic, perhaps, could be no different, and I elaborate further on that possibility in the article linked below:
Disclosure Is Happening
This brings me to the main point of the article, which is, the highest ranking people from within military agencies, intelligence agencies, and more, now number close to one thousand, and many of them are stating from their experience that they know for a fact that some of these UFOs, are actually extraterrestrial space craft, and the government, or perhaps Deep State, has known about it for a long time.
Even a course at the Turkish university called “Ufology & Exopolitics,” is being put into place. The purpose of the class is to prepare students for the possibility of extraterrestrial contact.
A class tutor, Erhan Kolbasi, told the Dogan News Agency, “We believe representatives from the world and extraterrestrial civilizations will soon be making official contact with each other. We thinking they will be in an open and mass contact… It will be the biggest change seen in the history of the world.”
The course will concentrate on the history of the UFO/extraterrestrial contact, as well as the implications of extraterrestrial contact and more. You can read more about that story here.
This Is Why Speculation About SERPO Is OK
Speculation is OK, it’s fine to dive into stories that aren’t entirely verifiable, especially when you are speaking about a verifiable phenomenon. Having been a researcher in the field for more than a decade, I can tell you that the deeper you dive in, the more you realize what you don’t know, and it just gets more confusing the more you lend your ear to these kinds of stories because you know that it’s actually a legitimate possibility, and in some cases, a high probability. Plus it helps expand our consciousness and what’s possible.
But speculation and imagination is all we have. Based on what we know today, it’s not hard to speculate at what exactly has gone on with regards to the UFO/extraterrestrial cover-up. For decades there’s been, as former head of the CIA Roscoe Hilenkoetter put it in 1960, “Official secrecy and ridicule, many citizens are led to believe the unknown flying objects are nonsense.”
Have we been manipulated to ridicule and not-believe over the decades?
Despite the fact that this article focuses on Serpo, many of the stories of supposed contact do hold a lot of legitimacy behind them, and many of the stories seem to corroborate. The Serpo story is just different, perhaps that’s why it seems so unique.

If Serpo was real, it was defiantly a Special Access Programs (SAP). From these we have unacknowledged and waived SAPs. These programs do not exist publicly, but they do indeed exist. They are better known as ‘deep black programs.’ A 1997 US Senate report described them as “so sensitive that they are exempt from standard reporting requirements to the Congress.”
The previously classified Pentagon UFO program mentioned above, was a SAP, but based on the amount of secrecy that exists within the military industrial complex, it’s safe to say we really have no idea what type of programs has existed or exist today.

Questions about extraterrestrial life would be vast. Where do they come from? How do they operate? How do they breath? What type of technology is used for the craft? What do they know about the nature of reality that we don’t? What do they eat? How do they communicate? Why are they here? What’s it like on their planet?
As you can imagine there are countless amounts of questions to be asked, and other actions our world of secrecy would want to take to find out more, which is why Project Serpo is so intriguing.
The story originates from the famous Roswell Crash of 1947. Apparently, there have been several of these crashes, with, as Apollo 14 astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell once said, “bodies recovered.”
Apparently, there were multiple extraterrestrials who survived these crashes, and one from the Roswell incident was friendly, calm, and attempted to communicate.
Labelled as “EBE1”, the being picked up the english language quite quick, and informed those who were holding him captive that he was from a planet called Serpo, approximately 40 light years away in the Zeta Reticuli Galaxy.
Apparently, the extraterrestrial worked with his damaged ship to try and communicate with his planet, but failed. He eventually passed away, but in the early 1950’s the US military supposedly came into contact with this alien race, called the Ebens, who lived on Serpo. As communications transpired over the next decade, an exchange program was set up between the two planets, and 10 American men, along with two American women, were selected for the experiment.
According Len Kasten who spoke to Gaia:
“The exchange was scheduled to occur at Holloman Air Force Base on April 24, 1964, with Approval From President John F. Kennedy. Two Eben spaceships landed as planned. A contingent of American government personnel greeted them. The 12 American astronauts prepared to embark on their adventure, but for some reason, the exchange got postponed. The Ebens retrieved the remains of their dead comrades and left. The Ebens returned in July 1965 and picked up their passengers.”
The story is somewhat depicted towards the end of Steven Spielberg’s “Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
Apparently, they completed the 40 light year trip in approximately 10 months.

According to the sources available, when the astronauts landed there were a number of Ebens who were fluent in English. The planet has two suns, and is extremely bright and hot, our astronauts had trouble coping with the climate the whole time they were there.
The astronauts stayed on the planet for approximately 13 years, learning the Eben’s religious beliefs, examining their technologies, customs, what they ate, and overall way of life. The planet was said to have just over half a million citizens.
Apparently, two of our own astronauts died during the expedition due to radiation exposure and a lack of ability to adjust to the climate.
The Voyage Home
Len Kasten describes the trip home:
“Two Americans liked life on Serpo so much, they decided to stay there. The remaining astronauts Returned Home in 1978 and the government quarantined them for an entire year. During that time, they had many debriefings, which resulted in a 3,000 page report. They were then allowed to go back to their normal lives. Little is known about their lives since, except the last surviving one died in 2002. There has been no communication with Ebens on Serpo since 1985, so it is not known what happened to the Americans who chose to stay on the planet.”
Fascinating to contemplate, to say the least, isn’t it? Again, I do not feel it’s wrong to speculate, as long as you make it clear that you are speculating. Sometimes, sharing information like this may be hurtful to the truth movement behind this phenomenon.

A Truly Fascinating Story
This is a story that fascinates even the most rigid of UFO researchers, but again, nothing can really be verified about it. We can’t say for certain that it actually happened.
Below is an interview with Bill Ryan, formerly of the activist group Project Camleot. He currently runs a forum, called Project Avalon where, apparently a lot of the official SERPO documents were leaked.
He has a good grasp on this story, despite the fact that this clip is more than a decade old.
This Exercise Breaks The Psychological Limits Society Puts On Us (Try It)
Elliott Hulse is an online sensation who has racked up over 250 million views on YouTube. His videos feature him speaking on a wide array of topics from how to deadlift correctly to finding your life path.
His popular video monologues have made him somewhat of a guru to many people that are looking to the internet for answers, and he humbly accepts this position while letting his followers know that he doesn’t have all the answers.
I interviewed Elliott for our podcast, The G and Coletti Show (link below), and I was fascinated by his daily practise of what he called Bioenergetics. This practise is based on the premise that the movement of our bodies has been rigidified by society.
We are told from a young age when and when not to speak, sit, and move. Our school system is largely based on protocol and structure and does not encourage free thinking. A young person restricts their natural impulses because they fear the consequences. He tells me that this lack of movement leaches into our psyche and deeply affects how we think and feel.
What is Bioenergetics?
Elliott created a routine consisting of 9 movements, inspired by years of being an athlete, personal trainer, and coach. He talks about how to do it in the video below. He was inspired by Osho’s Dynamic Meditation and Alexander Lowen’s Energetic Exercises, as well as several other dynamic flexibility and mobility routines. The most interesting and profound of the 9 exercises are the “Shake and Vibrate” and the “The Warrior Pound.” These movements have an emphasis on physical pattern disruption and old age pre-battle techniques.
Shake and Vibrate
One of the most fun and freeing movements in this routine is the “Shake and Vibrate” exercise. This is where you move in an erratic, unpatterned, unconventional way, somewhat like dancing but without any limitations, rhythm, or flow. The mind and body operate in sync and if your body is moving in a rigid, patterned way, the mind will follow suit. According to Elliot, when you break these patterns and move without restriction, you open your mind up and increase creativity and spontaneity.
This sounds simple enough but let me warn you, it is awkward and embarrassing, especially if done in public. He recommends doing the shake and vibrate before you work out. The obvious benefits are that you don’t need a stimulant such as caffeine or pre-workout shakes; however, it takes some guts to do this at the squat rack. As Elliot says “be a BOSS” and don’t worry about what people think of you.
The Warrior Pound
The Warrior Pound is the last exercise in this routine. This movement is similar to something that the Native Americans used to perform as a pre-battle ritual. You lift your arms over your head, hop up, and land stiffly with your feet landing flat on the ground. This should create a firm thump as you hit the ground and you are to let out a “hoo” sound every time you land. This exercise is to ground you before you continue your day.

Elliott challenges everyone to try this routine every day for 21 days, and he is confident that you will notice dramatic changes in your life! The great thing about this routine is that it is free and can be done anywhere. So what do you have to lose?

Les ‘Survivorman’ Stroud Talks Connecting To The Earth, Outdoor Meditation, & Surviving A Car Accident
Les Stroud is a documentary filmmaker and a survival expert, but prior to the release of the Survivorman show, few would have predicted that people would be so fascinated by a man simply living in the wild for a week or more.
Why is just surviving so interesting to us?
The answer is probably a combination of a few variables, but after speaking with Les, I believe that the greatest of these is our disconnection from the Earth. We live in these artificial environments that we have created out of concrete, brick, and steel. Our flesh very rarely touches the ground or the trees and if it does we consider ourselves dirty. The modern day definition of survival is making sure our weekly paycheck can cover our food, utilities, and household expenses. We are constantly balancing these equations in our head and it’s no wonder most people feel a little off. There is nothing natural about our present lifestyle and watching Les reminds us of what real Survival is all about.
We had the chance to interview Les and here are a few of the most memorable takeaways.
What can we do to reconnect to the earth?
“It takes 3 days.”
According to Les, it takes him 3 days in nature to feel that he’s reconnected. I bet most people would think that they could just go out into nature and feel connected within a few hours, and certainly the effects of being outdoors, even for a short amount of time, are scientifically proven to be profound; however I believe it would be overoptimistic to think that we could live is these concrete jungles for long periods of time and then take a walk in the forest and all is immediately cured. The mind and body need a bit of time to adjust. Think about those instances when you’ve taken a break from the gym, or school, or even work — did you return to the exact point you had left off, or did you need some time to get back into the flow? I’m guessing the latter, because we need time to assimilate and adapt.
“Walk on the ground barefoot.”
Les claims that this practise, also known as “earthing,” can not only help connect you to nature but is also a cure for jet lag. With all the pills and gadgets that claim to counter the negative effects of jet lag, walking barefoot on the grass seems overly simplistic — or so I thought. A quick Google search, however, will reveal a slew of articles and testimonials proclaiming the jet lag curing effects of simply walking barefoot on some grass or soil for a mere 20 minutes.
How close has Les come to dying during an episode?
When it comes to Les Stroud, nothing is boring or superficial. When asked what was the most dangerous situation he’s been in, you would expect him to tell you a story about the tigers of Bangladesh or a close encounter with a North American brown bear, but you would be wrong. He was in a car accident.
Les was driving in Mongolia when the driver lost control and the truck he was in rolled twice. He sustained a punctured lung, 2 broken ribs, and a shoulder injury. He mentions time slowing down when the truck began to roll and that ‘something’ — call it intuition or some divine presence — told him to move his head at a particular time; if he had not taken that advice, the Survivorman would not have survived.
