We we bring these 3 key elements to our awareness in the practice below. It also reminds us to take note of our state of 'BEE-ing.'
The audio exercise below is a neurosensory exercise guided by nervous system specialist Joe Martino.
It is designed to get you to be with your internal embodied awareness while you hold awareness of your external environment. This exercise helps promote self-awareness & often brings settling to our nervous systems' stress responses.
A quick practice tip: have fun and be playful with the exercise. If you have to listen to it a couple of times to get used to it, go for it!
