Basic Neurosensory Exercise

The audio exercise below is a neurosensory exercise known as 'orienting.' It's guided by CE founder Joe Martino who is also a somatic, breath, and embodiment coach.

It is designed to get you to be with your internal embodied awareness while you hold awareness of your external environment. This exercise helps promote awareness of self and builds nervous system regulation.

A quick practice tip: have fun and be playful with the exercise. If you have to listen to it a couple of times to get used to it, go for it!
